  Looking to do this to my cooper s, I would never spend £1500 on a exhaust Any problems with long term reliability with the engine, I read something about MAF readings etc Thanks

  @@Doppo69 depends what year it is. You will get an engine light on the lci model which is roughly after 2018

  Mini community's....Fuck'em....its about you and the way the car makes you feel....if you want a motor to carry a wardrobe buy a volvo....if you want to shift shit then buy a transit.....its about corners and smiles....its a toy.....I'm 62 and had original minis and got to say buying a 2004 cooper has been the best thing I've done for shed loads of years... I've forgotten the fun of roundabouts and u bends.... now I look forward to going out...and if the wife needs to go somewhere she can get the freekin bus if she don't like it.

  Thanks for the review, mate. I exported my RHD F56 JCW to Germany as I did not want to part from it. Will let it age gracefully alongside my BMW 335d F31. New cars don‘t appeal to me anymore with all those screens etc.

  ❤ all the Kia hate 😂 Had Koup Turbo & Stinger V6 and before that a Veloster (looks no speed) and in 8 years only issue was had to replace 1 battery. Enjoy your 🇩🇪 garbage 😂😂

  That is NOT a close call, that is just another dckehead truck driver doing dckhead move. Close call is when they do it literally in front of you and you go on the grass on the central reservation (if there is one). Few times I had squeeze between concrete blocks similar to here, and probably 5 times been on the grass. So this in my view is just casual thing - need to think about brake temps, because do it 3 times in a row and 4th time the brake pedal may be like potato mash. Also - all the big crashes I have seen on autobahn, every single time was car going under the truck in situation like this, because fcking truck drivers do not care.

  Practicality wise, i did 2 road trips out to the Alps in France from Northern England in my F56 🙂 Loved it both times on the toll roads it is super smooth and nice, and then once in the mountains it excels 🙂 Did a day trip out from one resort to another with a mate in the back as my skis and his snowboard were on my front seat, and was no issue for him in the back 🙂 Sure the boot is small if there are more than one or two of you. Not a family car, but you are getting a top hot hatch for the money.

  You defo went the right way 🙂 I loved the BMWs i've owned, but also the Mini cars. The mini are just so nice handling and nibble, the steering is so tight and the gearshift in the manual cars is so nice, no idea why BMW don't use that manual box in their cars, as its far nicer and more precise. Very very nice cars the F56. I went for the Cooper S in the end over the JCW, just because there is only half a second in it, which isn't much really. Considered going stage 1 map, but not sure i fancy the risk of damaging pistons.

  @@twistedsanity623 the new JCWs don't have a resonator so you can't do it anyway. This trick is only available for cars before mid 2018

  Did they reviewers really say that? Shame on them! Audi also charge a lot more for servicing over the Stinger if you were to buy a service plan with Kia everything is included. Audi rip their owners off by offering a service plan but it only includes engine oil and filter which is a misleading rip off. On the other hand Kia's service network in the UK is horrific and I wouldn't trust most Kia garages to fit a new dust cap let alone service a Stinger.
