Regardless of your fitness levels or goals there is something for everyone here. Coming from a competitive background in both surfing and long distance running, I decided to combine my passion and love for both disciplines to connect with people from all walks of life through my business Ohana Surf & Fitness.
Whether your goal is to improve your surfing, fitness, lose weight, get fit or just build confidence, you will find everything you need to become the best version of yourself right here with me :) Although my workouts are inspired by surfing they are perfect for anyone who is looking to improve their fitness, not just surfers :)
