Are you short of time but want to give your surf fitness a boost?
Welcome to my 6 Minute Express Leg workout, designed to help strengthen your legs and glutes , while working on mobility through a series of moves.
Each exercise with be performed for 2O reps. The total combined reps will be 100 reps.
Strengthening your legs and glutes for surfing is not only important for your surfing performance and confidence but is also vital for ensuring the pressure is taken off your knees and thus decreases your chances of injuries ( amongst other things)
Remember...qaulity over quantity! While the main goal is to maintain your pace and continue working through each exercise with minimal rest, please adjust this as you need to. Let's focus on executing each exercise with a safe and correct form rather than trying to complete the full 20 reps of each exercise.
