  I've always thought it might be the same actor, but Gamling wears much fancier armour with a plumed helmet and rides a brown horse. You get a distant view of 'Gamlin' when Theoden is telling them which way to go for the charge. Then you can see this guy right behind Theoden during his DEATH! rally cry, and then during the charge you see him riding with an axe, and then this clip of him with a sword! So I think because you never really see Gamlin they just used him in multiple shots in normal Rohirrim gear.

  Fantasy usually has these character types rotated a bit. The straightforward guy should be the dwarf. Aragorn is a Dunedain, so he is excused for using meandering word salad. That should be the Elven role though.

  The worst Mister Exposition that I have ever seen in any movie is Chekov in Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country. Not only is basically *every* line of his an exposition drop, but half of them *ruin the moment.*

  I really wished that line could have been reworked to something more like, "Twill be the costliest diversion of the Third Age." But I also suppose a decent percentage of normies would be getting a tad overwhelmed this far into such a long and epic film.

  Well Viggo Mortensen did spend a decent amount of time living in Denmark and his father was Danish, however he also spent a lot of time in Spanish speaking countries aswell as the US, and his accent seemingly changes many times throughout the movies, at any given moment he might have any combination of those accents.
