Chlorine will obviously kill anything. I didn't even bother with the filter that it came with so I made one out of a rain barrel. I should do a video soon on how I made it

How do you get ur PH an ur EC to be stable

At the time I was using PH down (hydrochloric acid) the rocks in the drain basin I think helped stabilize swings in acidity. I was shooting for about 6.5ph. I could tell when I was using too much fertilizer when salt would start to appear at the leaf tips

@@jamaicaboy Muriatic acid from the hardware store is basically the same as far as I know. The PH doesn't need to be at exactly 6.5, just slightly acidic if you're using liquid fertilizer

Not so rare. You'll find Freshwater Lionfish, Freshwater Stonefish, Three-spined Frogfish, Toadfish, Stingrays, Sharks and more (if you want to call them that). Even huge bull sharks have been found in numerous rivers upward of over 2,000 miles inland (freshwater) with the ability to turn on or off their salt retention regulatory system. All these and more are all Marine but move up estuaries to feed, breed, and also do so for periods of time as the freshwater will kill off many saltwater parasites and then they will move back out to the ocean again once rid of their pests. Most won't do well in freshwater for long periods of time so if you are going to keep your frogfish in freshwater I'd recommend slowly adjusting salinity back and forth periodically which is easily done in your water changes (just don't go from one extreme to another and maintain pH).
