its a fresh water frog fish but maybe its a young brackish frogfish

Their not rare, you just buy a salt water frogfish and give it a liver transplant.

I've seen them online for $350 but if I were to special order one from the store I work at I'm not sure if we could get one

They sell many freshwater morays, toadfish etc. but none will survive in fresh water for long periods, many fish and even sharks will swim up stream for awhile but they are not freshwater.
