Unreal! I think I would have experienced a bit more shock. I can't see anything suggesting that the channel creator is the driver but their seems to be some hate towards the channel as if he was the driver. Who cares even if he was. Yes it looks like he was going too fast but he has learned his lesson now and many others can learn from this video. I can't believe it took this video 4 years to be suggested to me by youtube.

Very nicely done. I am going to refinish my flagpole to remove dark marks apparently caused by brass hardware holding the flag and banging into the pole for years. I am wondering if you found the Hydroflouric acid helped a lot? Do you know the strength of the acid you used? Where does one purchase stuff like that? Did the sandpaper take off dark marks? Thanks.

It really cleaned it up. Mine has gotten dark marks again from the same issue. I got the acid from a dairy supply store. They use it a lot to clean their stainless tanks. It wasn't very expensive and they recommend the dosage. I am not sure what it was. I really enjoy the flag pole though. I hope yours turns out really nice!

Just in the last week of July 2021 here in the UK, we've had a heat wave. Everything is falling apart or warped/buckled or melted. We've seen 40c (104F.... hottest day ) some people say "it's only like being in Spain".... but when Brits go to Spain they sit and drink beer, they don't go there to do a shift in a non-aircon factory. ANYHOW as always a big thank you for your vid still bringing pleasure.

road design 101 the profile of the road should be raised to 2 ft (0.6 m) above the ambient snow cover. even better if there is a ditch that is adequate for storing the snow.

Its astounding that youre blaming the other driver. You were speeding recklessly, came around a blind corner, and closed the distance between you and the other car two or three times as fast as you would have if you'd been driving at the speed limit (or at least at a more reasonable pace). Had you not been going ludicrous speed the other car would have had time to complete their turn.

The Left Turning car is at fault with no traffic signal. You have to wait for traffic to clear BEFORE making the turn. IMO speeding or not. I had an older oriental lady do that to me at a Green light making a left turn right in front of me & I couldn't stop ! She stopped right in front of me in my lane. The Officer wrote her a ticket & I remember her saying " Its the end of the world " over & over again after the accident. We were both fine with no injuries but the cars were totaled.

@ag4allgood the left turning car would have had plenty of time to complete the turn if the WRX wasn't speeding. If you are going twice the speed limit, then you close the distance in half the time of the rest of the traffic on the road. On a somewhat blind curve, no less. If you think the onus is on the other cars to judge your velocity from a quarter mile away when you're driving like a doucher, then you will soon end up like the subject of this video. This is the entire reason why we have speed controls on our roads.

Our newest tractor is a 2002 John Deere 9220. I can only imagine what a new combine or tractor is like. Say, since you are a JD mechanic, maybe you can help me out. I need to replace the parking brake pads on the 9220. One side is metal from the caliper on metal of the rotor. Do you have any insight for me?

I actually pulled the Deere home with the case when my fuel gelled up and it quit me about a mile away from home in the snow. I was able to raise the snow plow blade on the John Deere with just the starter cranking over.

The blade is probably worth more than the tractor now days. These tractors are probably around $2-3k at auction. Maintenance and tires are what gets ya.
