That leg curl looks awkward, and looks like it's not really hitting the muscle like it should...
@@tylerblair1626 it’s okay man. I like my dedicated machine better
Mine are being delivered today. Super excited. That's for the review
stoked for you!!!
Nice video man and there go Milo being the best pet ever literally bro you are lucky to have such an intelligent, amazing, and energetic dog ever. 💯👊👍
he’s the best bro!!!
Need a taller version of that barbell storage
they may have it
There goes the knees
@@genghist nooooooooo I’m not walking with alot of weight man. I’ll be fine
Cool dog👍
thanks bro!!
Wooooo…..it looks hot and humid. I hate summer lol. Go away because it’s too hot! Awwwww Miloooo 🥹
I want 60s!!!!
How far are you walking with your dog? I'm asking because I'm not sure how much my dog can handler. He's a 1 1/2 year old Boston terrier and I always want to take long walks with him, but not sure what the limit for him would be.
@@sp3ckogaming831 We can go a mile and he’s done!
Is walking with a weighted vest hard on knees?
I don’t do much weight so not for me!!
That’s dope dude 💪🏽. I been walking a lot more losing fat eating less portions.
bro, idk why I didn’t do this before!! It’s great !
Full review of this sick vest from Kensui Fitness coming soon!
Was able to meet Porter at HGC, very brief but we’ve also chatted on IG a few times and he’s a good guy. Good to see him working with BOS now.
U can do shrugs too on it ,great review m8
I gotta try that too!!
Good review. Been looking for a review on this. I wonder if you hold on to the arms to can do a squat?
@@joe112000 I’ve seen someone say they did! You can for sure do calves and shrugs with it too’
Are you able to remove the bench? Have you tried using it for shrugs? I have too many questions 😂 like whats in that box on the back wall? 😂😂😂 Love the review 🦾
That I don’t know about the bench in regards to if it’s stable at all even with some weight on the back! and man, more cable machines you know me and my issues 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Solid price
it really is bro!
🥰

Amazon actually had these for 230 over the weekend. It was very tempting, but i ended up finding a powertec multipress on fb marketplace for 500 so i jumped. The powertec is far superior, particularly for incline and shoulder work. That said, it is also much larger with an attached bench. That said, what is the hright from the floor to the bench crossmember? I would consider this if i could remove the bench and slide in my ironmasters superbench in there, but im not dure it would clear the brace.
@@balboa0621 wow, that’s cheap. Powertec is for sure better! $500 is a great deal! Yeah, I’m not sure how stable it be either
Could also probably put a band on the arms to add resistance while also making the arms more stable.
@@MelloHubb ooooo smart bro!!!!
I do the same thing with my lever arms 🦾
Wouldn’t recommend doing that if you’re trying to work the chest because it would ruin the resistance profile making it hardest at the top of the movement where the triceps take over
Nice that it converges! Decent budget piece.
heck yeah bro!!!
Nice in depth review on the chest press v1 dude it’s really informative, pointed out the pros and cons, and the machine looks rock solid. Thanks for sharing this bro I’m actually might consider getting this for a friend for her home gym. Keep up the phenomenal work. 💯👊😎
thanks for watching bro!! Great deal for sure!!
Now I have to find room where to fit this 🤦🏾♂️
HAHAHA hey 8 square feet ain’t too bad right 🤣
@@LukesGarageGymI’m maxed out but I’ll make it work. I was looking at this a while back but this review sealed the deal 🙌🏾
@@DrMichaelBrantley right on! Definitely a steal I like it man
Not a bad price, especially when on sale, for a plate loaded chest press machine.
man $300 is very solid for sure!
Your gym looks more professional! I'm just discovering the GMWD brand and it seems that they make compact machines at a good price. As someone who also wants to save space, you could do a review of the Hip Thrust Machine RSTQ It is the one arm version of the brand, the two arm version looks tempting but again, space/price so it is the most affordable, but your opinion would be important to make a decision
thanks bro!! And MAN, I am going to! I need to free up a section! I need a hip machine in my gym!
@@LukesGarageGym You are amazing 😎 seriously thank you 💪
@@user-ug9qd3df1d anytime my man!!!!
Why do you think teachers are underpaid?
I wish I knew man. We are one of the most important jobs educating children and being role models to so many who don’t have them. Yeah we get time off, but most or all don’t really get it, we all have to work other jobs to afford to live especially in today’s economy. I try not to complain or get upset because I do it for the kids and I have my other passion of this to work part time on.
@LukesGarageGym you need to get some more affiliates man so you can get kickbacks when we buy things through you.
@@MelloHubb I got them on my site in the description mainly get most of my clicks through major fitness. I just don’t make enough videos with this brand to sign up
@@LukesGarageGymI think the problem is a lot of teachers today are activists instead of teachers. Teachers should teach and that's all.

I what’s up my bro Luke!!💪🏾💪🏾 Longtime bro, I changed my channel name from the weight lifting geek. How have you been bro? I hope you’re doing well fam!!🙏🏾🙏🏾
my man!! good!! just chugging along!! hope you’re doing well my man!
Where is the leg press ? Incomplete without this.
I have one
What cable tower do you have?
get rxd!
Are these the same as eisenlink?
seem to be identical
You’re only able to max lift 100lbs on each side tho.
you get their extension pin and can do well over 200
Hey bro..I was wondering if you could somehow adjust it to do cable flies, sort of like a pec fly machine ? Thank you for the video
I still haven’t tested if that’s possible yet
@@LukesGarageGym ok gotcha..please post a video if you do..keep on doing your thing bro 🙏🏼🙏🏼
Looks great, can't wait for the review!! Vesta is definitely a solid choice but you can get the same exact thing from Harbor Heavyweights in their HH80 V2, it often costs a little less too! And if you want a slightly better value I'd check out the MAXUM Fitness SX2, that thing looks like the best all-in-one rack to me since it adds a few features missing on the Vesta/Harbor and includes more attachments for around the same price.
@@killerkhatiby009 I am beyond impressed!!! And yeah, heard good things about those guys too!! I tried to reach out and get my hands on them but no luck
The V2 blows this out of the water! They were the first to introduce the front smith to the market and with larger weight stacks… then Vesta copied. The SX 2 is sweet I’d get it also but bare steel uprights don’t make me feel good about it, it will rust. With the promo code the HH80 is priced the best currently at $3550
@@MAG1CMAN69 Heads up, it's stainless-steel uprights on the SX2 not bare steel, so basically should never rust or have any issues.
@@killerkhatiby009nice 😮
Got my smith machine up front, where is your pegboard that goes with it?
@@THEREALTWISTEDINSANE nice!!! And I can’t get one they said bc the smith is in the back and it be in my face when I lift
It sits high up so not in face@LukesGarageGym
@@THEREALTWISTEDINSANE yeah not sure why they told me that then
@LukesGarageGym yeah I'm 6ft and walk under it everyday 🤷🏾
Absolutely love it! I bought the 2 in 1 from your review. I love the 2 in 1 absolutely no complaints. BUT I wish I wouldn't have been cheap and bought the 3 in 1!! Oh well I've got plenty of room so now I'm on the hunt for a separate smith machine. If you have any recommendations I would greatly appreciate it! I want something quality that won't shake when using it.
@@danelwiscovitch3364 bro let’s go , nice snag!!! This makes you set for life!! And I showed off the one from Body Solid when I toured and liked! That’s way better than these more budget ones I have reviewed
THE BEAST is up! The Vesta Fitness 3 in 1 ultimate rack with the smith machine is here! I opted for clear coat with it being 86 inches tall with the smith machine on the back side! 11 gauge steel, 3x3 tubing, with 200 lbs stack on each side (2:1 ratio) this is a monster! Lots of content to come!
Hey brother great review been looking at the GPR 400 cause my ceiling isn’t that tall this unit would be perfect! I live in Plainfield, where are you at in Illinois?
@@karatohongkongcat Bro that 80 inch height is perfect!! I am like 50 minutes from you south
I been told on the lat pull downs the ROM is limmited:( and you have to lean back to get a good stretch. Also since the the throlleys don't stick out like a standalone lat pull down does then your pulling down at an angle instead of vertical😢
I’ve had good experiences!
Incredible review bro those pieces you added were just amazing and I might consider adding them to my gym. Thanks for the recommendation. 💯👍👊
my man!!! you got it! appreciate you!
Love Matt Porter's work but I'm not 100% seeing the utility of this exact setup 🤔. That cable tower you're using already has a height adjustable pulley with dual pulleys to allow you to switch between a 2:1 or 1:1 ratio, so can't you just do a lat pulldown by using that spreader plate to combine the two pulleys (to use it in 1:1 ratio mode) and putting the pulley in the top position without the extra attachment that Matt made? You could also then attach a leg-holder attachment directly to the upright instead of using a seat belt since the cable isn't in the way like it is with the setup shown in the video. This is basically what I do on my all-in-one functional trainer + rack combo unit and it works great. I do have to put my bench in decline and sit on the lowered head because the highest pulley position on my rack isn't quite high enough and I'm a little tall, but it works great otherwise and if you're shorter or have a taller rack/cable setup you wouldn't even have to do that, or you just sit on the floor if you don't have a decline bench. Not trying to be a hater or anything, maybe I'm missing something obvious that makes a big difference 🤷♂.
@@killerkhatiby009 to preach its own brother. everyone has a preference
Matt’s such a cool guy! He helped me finish up adding functional trainer-like features to my Bells of Steel Lat Tower. Now I can do cable flies, tricep push downs, and other movements with a 2:1 ratio per handle.
bro that’s what’s up!!! He’s doing such great things!!
