thanks brother!! Keep up the amazing work with this app!!!
I have of course seen others talk about this app, but yours was without a doubt the most comprehensive. I still keep saying I will get this app, but haven't because i use a 7 day program i designed on paper that i feel gives me proper rest. I started that routine in February and still use it. Eventually I will change it up and this looks to be the best app by far.

Thanks bro!! Definitely if you ever want to try it, it’ll give you tons of value!!! Definitely my favorite in regards to fitness apps. And i’ve made my own programs and tried apps numerous time!
Does the Pro version let you specify the equipment you have beyond the choices in the free version. I garage gym equipment plus a low row and pull down cable attachment on my rack which means I can probably do a few more exercises than the garage gym option provides.

So what’s nice is when you swap an exercise, you can add in your cable work because with the pro version, you get access to numerous exercises to replace it or just add in your own!

This is just my Rant, nothing personal, I'll still watch Luke's Garage Gym . . . "Fitness Apps" SUCK, Why you say? They slow you down: I take maybe only 30 seconds max for rest time between sets , (just enough time to change the weight for the next set and I'm onto that set). My "App" is inside my Brain. In fact, cellphones shouldn't even be allowed in any gym or home gym. Focus on Training and Less time on staring at your phone. At the Gold's Gym I trained at (before Covid), if you were caught making a video of either yourself or others, you would immediately be kicked out and your membership revoked. The ONLY time you can use your phone is when your doing Cardio and you want to listen to music (with a wired headset) and NOT listening through a Bluetooth wireless connection (unless you like hearing your shitty quality music as if were being played through a potato). So, in other words, if you see a muscular guy with six pack abs: (he doesn't use an "App") I was hand fed this knowledge from actual bodybuilders that at a weeks notice could compete on stage if they so desired.

Dude... chill. Bodybuilders across the globe have used structured programs from books or booklets to learn the basics of bodybuilding for over 70 years. Arnold used programs, Mike Mentzer, Ronnie Coleman, Jay Cutler, Vince Delmonte, Ben Pakulski, Eugene Teo, Dr Mike Israetel, Jeff Nippard, and Millions more have used programs to start their fitness journey and most of them have made programs for others to follow their success. Apps are just digital/interactive versions of the same programs all said professional bodybuilders and fitness models. Where did you learn Progresive Overload? From a program. Where did you learn your rep ranges? From a bodybuilder who used a program (indirectly a program/app with the same information). If you follow any system of bodybuilding, you're following a program, of which most of these apps are sharing with others. An app is literally just a tool to aid structuring and tracking things, no different than what all the professionals I've listed above use every training session. They all tracked reps and sets on paper or digitally throughout time. If you can track everything in your head, more power to you. But being this opinionated makes you sound like a really unlikable person, food for thought. Fun fact: its impossible to be weeks out from competing in a bodybuilding show all year round, even then it would require copious amounts of Performance Enhancing Drugs to stay that lean year round and shave decades off your life. All mainstream bodybuilding shows only have enhanced users on lots of gear. See Derek from More Plates More Dates for more info on that (he's a professional in PED's and competition shows) or Dr Mike Israetel, or Jeff Nippard, or Jay Cutler, or really any of your favorite professional body builders that are actively competing or previous competed.

I feel you man! I do think the phones in the gyms have become a huge problem and causing chaos filming EVERYTHING ALL THE TIME!!
