  ずっと不思議に､思ってたのですが同じ乗り物の出発や到着でも何故鉄道の発車や駅構内侵入は、信号機(赤以外)と戸閉め灯の点灯の確認だけで良くて、バスに至っては発車時間が来れば戸閉めと発車のアナウンスしたらすぐ発車するのに、飛行機に至っては毎度毎度離陸🛫と着陸🛬の度に、専門の人間(管制官)の許可が必要なのでしょうか？
