  i absolutly love this channel and have been binging all the videos because no other channel does it like you. I'm a sucker for hidden techs, code and mechanics in games and I know not much of dst but this channel opens my eyes on these mechanics and I thank you for that :) please never change 🫶

  Ngl, as someone who spends 90% of their time on the cusp of insanity, especially early game to farm nightmare fuel, it gets really really annoying dealing with shadow creatures every day for a hundred or two hundred+ days. Eventually I end up with 2 chests completely full of nightmare fuel, and I just feel like wearing the tam bc I'm tired. Of course, it takes a while, a hundred days or more, for me to get sick of them, as they aren't that frequent or even difficult, but the peace of just doing what you're doing without having to stop for the shadows every so often just feels soothing after a long time of just embracing the insanity. Also, my friend is a woodie main, so between us constantly being insane for a while and having so much nightmare fuel, and him farming so many living logs, we just end up using dark swords because of how cheap and easy they are at that point, much much easier to make/mass produce than tentacle spikes and don't have to be babysat for spoilage like the ham bat, a d I just end up using the dark sword for everything from spiders to pigs, and the tam more than covers the sanity you lose if you really don't want to fight shadows anymore. Sorry for the long comment lol, I understand why you feel that way about the dark sword though, I have a friend who mains wendy and they usually just use a ham bat and keep it in an insulated pack, I don't think the dark sword is quite as strong for lower damage characters outside of bosses.

  Pretty sure while u leaving the server There is a few second of the server count you as standing still, you still able to be hit during this time It will be worse if you have high ping too

  You also forgot to mention refueling her watch is basically free, with nightmare fuel INCREDIBLY easy to get with the weapon, even if it's somehow unfuelled, only adding to the fact she doesn't need sanity whatsoever, and even thrives without it. I typically keep night armor and a dark sword on at all times when I'm out of combat just to better farm nightmare fuel when I play Wanda.

  boring? Nah, the game itself is boring. And she juuuust takes care of that but i agree, solo wanda is depressing. it is much viable and more fun to carry the team of fools that cannot win any fight without your interference

  underrated video for the amount of information and statistics it provides. i've heard that a night light (that seemingly useless nightmare light) that starts smouldering provides "fuel" to the light once it catches fire. Any idea how you might accomplish infinite light by continously causing a night light to smoulder?

  Ive tried to do it in DST However it doesn't seem to be a thing. Maybe it was a thing in single player dont starve But no longer exists unfortunately.

  So to always have the buff active: 1. First Whistle: After 7 seconds, Wolfgang's motivation/clap starts 1st Buff. 2. 3 seconds after start of 1st Buff: Deactivate/activate for the 2nd Whistle. After 7 seconds (when 1st Buff ends), 2nd Buff starts. 3. From then on, you only have to Whistle (deactivate/activate) every 10 seconds since the last Whistle. (A mod to toggle auto-doing this would be great!)

  I did it fellas, I got in the ruins and beat ancient guardian, I always die . Turns out willow is decent at ruins exploration. Also I finally have ruins gear!!!! 😊

  Congrats. Yeah willow is pretty good with the addition of the fire spells. Being able to light stuff on fire from afar is great.

  If I understood the formula correctly than it should be 2.125 worth of healing not 2.15 and you are using breckets there not incorrect but at least controversial. This way would be much more readable as for me (BASE WEAPON DMG x ENEMY BASE DMG x 0.25) / 100

  For that first thing about her speed, that's a thing in Uncompromising Mode and I love it. It applies her craft speed to her harvest speed, and she is _amazing_ for gathering with that. I wonder if Klei just kinda forgot that existed, or couldn't find a place to fit it in to the skill tree? I don't know about the chop speed, that feels more 'Woodie', but harvest, yeah! Especially with the hunger drain, that would be cool. Plus a step away from 'swap character' beyond not using gadgets, something inherent to the character.
