What was the mistake that caused this? Was it too much throttle while turning? Im new and about to get my first bike ever and going with a 48 so im trying to learn as much as possible especially about hills and moving your bike backwards on a hill and such so every little tid bit of info helps me. Im 39 and a truck driver with alot of experience on 4 wheelers cars and trucks and standard but I have 0 experience on 2 wheels except when I was a Bmx rider when I was a kid and early teens. But im just looking to cruise on my off time locally and ive always wanted a motorcycle but never had the means until now but am doing alot of research first.

I always wash my tire with dish soup to get out extra oil on tires just in case

My 48s stock battery is giving too many issues. Want to change it. Which battery to you reccomed

I would recommend you to invest in a clip-on battery charger. It’s common to have Harley’s battery drained out if you are not using it in routine. I have permanent clip installed from the battery and got CTEK charger.

Hi, so you started it without the key, how does that work? I just bought a used 2013 Sportster 48, no manual. Has the key fobs though. I guess I should dl and RTFM!! Anyway, I love the sound and look of this bike, mine has the V&H short shots on it also. Great video!!😍😍😍

Dude killer looking machine and sexy as fuck 🤘.only thing I would change about it is the air filter because the color of that K&N air filter is somewhat of an eye sore compared to the rest of the bike.that shit needs to be blackened out ,🔥
