apple owes it,s customer$ a lower price for purchasing their air pods max 2 which should have the h2 chip for lossless audio. then maybe it will be my 1st pair of headphone that i might consider buying from them. i,ll wait to see what's next!? ps: the mesh headband is a terrible design that needs to be replaced which probably give out over time due to it,s wear ability and comfort. excellent video. double g. the 2nd gen sequel DEFINITELY NEEDS IMPROVEMENT.

It's even worse when you compare the iPad vs the Surface Pro which is what the iPad Pro should be competing against

Ironically, though I’m biased to my tech needs, I think the ideal iPad user is someone who owns a windows laptop or desktop and values a quick and easy to use operating system for notes and research, with some of apples creative features on top. I have an older iPad Pro and it basically serves as a supporting device for my surface laptop, and I agree with apple that touchscreens are useless on a desktop OS to the point I disabled the touch screen on the surface laptop. As someone who doesn’t really like MacOS (I have had macs before) the fact iPadOS isn’t MacOS doesn’t bother me. I would choose an iPad over a Mac (provided I have a windows PC of some sort when I need it).

On sale at Amazon $449.00 not a bad got a pair very happy with the purchase. Got some clear covers for aluminum areas of the speakers, I used my Max for music and movies. The best part traveling on the airplane, the noise canceling is the best. I don’t care if Apple puts a new model, I am enjoying my Max.

I totally agree with you. Unless you absolutely need the Apple Pencil for digital art, actually the MacBook Air lineup wins the battle hands down!

The real "bargain", to the extent that any Apple is bargain priced, is the 15" MacBook Air. Longer battery life, more storage, big screen, MagSafe charging, two Thunderbolt ports, function keys, no fans, long standby. It's the "everyman's" Apple laptop.

I use to play and daily use iPhone 12 red. Then iPhone 14 pro max - I did not like to much since it is boring to me all iPhone generation, I am on pixel 8 pro, so much improvement in design and more over the variety of features it comes with. iPhone 16 pro will make me think is a good choice to try again iPhone ONLY if the add so much RAM as possible, minimum should me 12 GB 16 will be ideal. But please don't get fool with other features like satellite communication since that is pretty much all other 5 previous versions. iPhone 16 will define how much better wants apple be compare to already crowded market. My favorites could be Pixel 9 pro xl, then iPhone 16 pro new large model third Samsung new s25 ( I do not recommend) Happy community here at You tube

I got my 13” M3 MacBook Air 16/256 ($1,400 at launch on Apple Education store + great Apple trade-in deal) for ‘real computer’ tasks, and an iPad 10th gen 256gb ($350 new on Marketplace) with the Magic Keyboard Folio ($170 new on eBay) for my Netflix/Max streaming, on-the-go Excel tasks, work email app, and video calls. Great combo with my iPhone 15 Pro Max. I canceled my M4 iPad Pro 11 inch with Magic Keyboard and Pencil 2.0 order, saved like $800, and can’t be happier 🤣 Apple makes too good of a regular tablet to even look at Pro for a regular user! Let’s be honest: the niche of heavy iPad Pro video editors is probably less than 1%, most people do hardcore tasks (if they have any) on their computers, and use iPads for watching videos, surfing Web, and sending emails…

MacBook Air’s were designed for your basic users who need an internet machine for light to medium computing. It’s not so much about the outside design and pixel ratings but more so for its intended use. Think of it more like Apples version of a chrome book and there you go.

To me the big difference in the MacBook and the iPad, a single app called terminal. The power of the terminal cannot be understated.

I own an A12 2020 iPad Pro. It carries 1TB of storage and I have the pencil and the keyboard. It does anything I want and does it well. However, as a PC it’s not really capable. Most frustrating is the lack of a decent file manager with a file centric interface. My MacAir M1 does all this well. Now I am retired, I have limited need for the MacAir. As long as the iOS system remains as the iPad software then the case for upgrading my 2020 pre M1 device. No thanks Apple.

Beware: "memory bandwidth"... that' is the king. No matter CPU and GPUs and all you want. . . most of the time, the "bottle neck" comes from the Memory Bandwidth... so the search should be pointed to maximizing that.

I personally bought an iPad mini today, while there is a new one coming probably later in the year, I decided I wanted one now rather than waiting. Also helped by the strong consensus that as the 6th gen was such an improvement from the 5th, there aren't expected to be many changes and if there are, I'll consider trading the one I have now with the new one paying a bit toward it, either way, it doesn't hurt to try the 6th gen as you may find that there isn't much of an improvement or added use with the 7th.

I hope they won't make 7 inch or 8 inch phones in the future but knowing how obsessed people are with big screen sizes it's going to happen. I want to fit my phone in my pocket without it dropping out of my pocket and the phone getting damaged. If a phone can't fit in my pocket I don't consider it a real phone its more like a mini tablet at 7 or 8 inches. Truth is people will never be satisfied and will always want bigger even though bigger is bad with people with small pockets and small hands.

I do a lot of 3D modeling through Fusion 360 and I typically like to keep things open. I have a 2024 M3 iMac with the 2 extra cores but only 8gb of RAM.. I've been wondering if I should return and get the 16gb before my 15 day return policy expires... problem is, I got a good price on this one and the sale isn't for the higher end models.... so the question is, do I need it and will it help future proof the machine at all?
