  i can see those carbon swingarm covers flying off on a group ride and wiping out some other poor rider out. 3m glue isn't permanently going to secure that piece it will degrade with water heat salt road grime vibration flexing in the wind doing 153mph.

  why just why spend all this time and money on a cat n bike. you should have removed the 5 working peace's off the bike and sold them for a profit and took the other 2000 broken peace's to the recycling. would have actually seen profit and could have used that money and time to go on holiday instead.

  every time this bike hits a speed bump your going to lose power or blow a fuse or short out the bike why are these connections loose. connections shouldn't just fall out

  Hi CJ, love your work man. I just wanted to ask you about the paint job, you painted the gear pedal arm and rod with an aerosol can without using primer. How well does paint bond to metal and how well does it last?

  Get the forks professionally measured where the oil seal sites to see what the difference there is, if you get them re- anodised, the anodising will add material so the size will reduce, so it might be enough to compensate for the poor fitting seal, d
