After one week bike won’t start. Dash dead. FI no light. No blown fuses. I replaced dash battery. Engine is turning but won’t start. I put contact spray in all joint. Nothing. Are you still using the flywheel weight and the exhaust expansion cover together? I finally got the flywheel weight on my bike. Need to do another couple of rides to really get a feel for it but so far I like it! It improved traction and I swear I'm faster on the single track with less fatigue. Was just considering installing the original expansion cover to eek out a bit more power since the flywheel weight more than makes up for what the expanded chamber did but that's just theory on my part lol. What's your thoughts?

For myself (and most others) knee protection (I wear Leatt guards) boots, helmet gloves. No upper body protection. It's taking a risk, but with mostly low speed riding in technical terrain the chances of injury are lower. I just get too hot wearing upper body armour and restricts movement.

Very nice hard enduro riding! Curious if you swapped over the S3 head and flywheel weight to the 23? Also what jetting are you running and in what temps and elevation. Lastly what kind of fuel economy are you getting? My 22 had the float level way too high so much better at the 7mm mark instead of the 5 it came with.
@thebraapfarm Жыл бұрын
Thanks mate! Yes, I put the low comp S3 head from my 2021 onto the 2023 and added a flywheel weight. Jetting 38/168 but unsure of the needle, it’s a custom one from a local guy here in Aus. I can give you his details if you like? We ride fairly close to sea level, basically no more than 500m above. Temps wise, we range from around 10 deg c to 35 deg c and I’ve never felt the need to adjust jetting. I don’t know exact figures for fuel economy but I know it is very good. Never the first one to run out of fuel on a ride. Float height is very important! Glad ya got it sorted 🤙
