Great video! Exactly what I want to do. Whenever you are nailing them in, are you not concerned with finding studs so they are secure? Or electric ⚡️ cables?

Excellent video! It helped me do my own architrave and skirting in my entire detached home. I had a pro fit my door and he couldn’t believe it did it myself. THANKS

I use pva(gorrilla) for long lengths and inline 45° joints as they're harder to manipulate and mate perfectly and mitrebond on small bits in and out around columns, anything smaller than about 2ft.

Is it necessary for there to be an angled cut? I don't see why it would make a difference compared to just not cutting it

That tools great until the bit of wall you're going round is jutting out and only 10cm long. Then the tool doesn't fit in to measure the angle.

Most people wouldnt care or notice such things. Depends on the neighborhood but if thyre using thick base like that theyre likely using thicker casing too.

Bisect the angle with math and a compass you stiffed when the battery runs out that day. Teach them how to correctly then pull out the tech 🤦♂️.

Wow, that actually looks worse. Better off just leaving as is with a straight cut. But a 45° chamfer ob the corner is the best option. All that extra work for an esthetically unpleasant result.

You’re the reason why two 45s don’t make 90 then. Hand cutting thinking you’re hot shit.
