    Move away from this board, boy, because in the event of vigorous swings, you can painfully feel the sharp ends of the drivers of this board. When exercising your body, use your mind too. Good luck

    Doesn’t work. You’re going to aggravate the nerve further by stretching it. What you want to do is movements of your spine instead.

    That's a great exercise and I do it on my mat..the flexing and pointing the foot, is a great stretch.
