    I've had a sitting hammock installed in my basement for about 3 years. It keeps loosening. The bracket goes parallel with my joists. So only about 6 inches wide. Two bolts. I'm thinking I'd just get wood glue. Dip the bolts and drive them in. What do you think?

  • @noelg9769
    @noelg9769 Жыл бұрын

    I'm not totally clear on the setup. And it depends on what is specifically causing it to loosen. But I'll take a shot. Personally, I always pre-drill with big fasteners. And if you're trying to affix permanently, I would recommend Total Boat high performance epoxy, not wood glue. Just know it will be permanent after that.

    Im sure youre a busy guy, but you gotta make more videos. Your content is awesome. Try to make a bunch of videos, but rather than posting them all as you go, wait till you have like 20 or 30 quality pieces of content. At that point, start posting once or twice a week. That will give you a buffer so you dont feel overwhelmed as far as struggling to get your content edited and ready. Good luck. Your channel is great.

    Hey man, nice work. I'm getting ready to build mine, here's how I measured my "bucket hole"...place bucket upside down, block-up a framing square to the level the bucket will sit, use another square or straight edge to touch off of the other side...a quickie vernier caliper.

    OMG, you are a lifesaver, that is such a cheap way of doing what I thought was going to cost me a fortune, I was looking into those DC to DC Chargers, going to get the 12V to 48V (70A/800W) version at $800. I already have a 600W inverter and the brick with the same Bluetti you have and I was going to pay for mine to be done professionally also. Thank you, thank you, thank you, you are amazing. I've heard of a solenoid before, but not sure what it is, so will now check out the Bob Wells video.
