Thank you so much for these interviews. Honestly, what an amazing job, only one thing I might add if you can be more listening and pay more attention to them as people, because it seemd to me that you were a bit cold when they were smiling and things of that sort, I don't know I might be wrong, I just love it when its more then just for the sake of extracting information but rather learning and connecting, all the best to you.
thanks Saul! something I really loved watching this content
Do you have particular activities you usually bundle with this one? Leading up to or following? Or this is a stand-alone you plug in when it applies to topic?
Do you incorporate particular feints and other touches to help loosen up or add agility?
Is that something you want to include in your warm-up? If so just do it there is no right method of doing something
I like the game-like situation of the setup and intensity. Curious what you layer into it, or alternatives with the same setup. For example, to mimic when play slows down in attacking third, having the attacker slow it down out wide, bring in second attacker on delayed run to create 2v1. While keeping coaching points minimal was good so they could focus on them, do you address issues of technique that popped up regarding weight of passes for the entry pass vs the drop-off pass and why?
Another amazing one! Thanks so much for what you do!
Thank you! Great drill! May I ask the name of the drill?
Dinamo number one
Great music great video. Greetings for the good work.
Love it, thanks a lot !!
Hello! Can you suggest some books related to coaching for beginners-enthusiasts? Thnx, I love your Inside The Academy content!
Awesome , do you have anything updated like this
Great video, an Amazing academy and so many talented coaches and players! The way of working with the youths is astonishing. Thank you Saul, thank you PSV
This was good thank you
Meeting with a football talent scout
A very important information how the brain actually works. Sometimes it’s not about yelling at an athlete not loud enough but about his brain not being able to process information: vision or vestibular deficit. A great explanation and examples, video is easy to listen. For those who are not good in English, there are an auto translate subtitles and speed slow down options to convert it to your language🤙
Come to Hamburg
My lad was at Blackburn when Sam Aladyce was mngr, couldnt fault them good pple, and a top drawer set up.
He should have asked: where does the club get the money for this operation?
I can answer that for you. PSV are the most succesful club in the Netherlands this century. They play Champions League football and this year alone they earned €50 million in that competition. Recently, they sold Gakpo for €42 million (Liverpool), Madueke for €35 million (Chelsea) and Sangaré for €35 million (Nottingham Forest). I think you underestimate the Dutch league a little bit. It's not the Premier League by any means, but there's certainly money there.
PSV has high quality. Thanks for acknowledging it! The pace and energy of training is impressive.
all very similar feedback on young academy players.... they like the ones that can dominate in 1v1s. nothing about they ones that can move the ball with pace or can open up teams or even defend well.
Some serious questioning going on here!
Brilliant video. Interesting to see all the wall posters on psychology and confidence. Maybe fans should remember that when angrily groaning at any misplaced pass.
You should do a USA academy tour
I love the constant positive feedback while still teaching the kids
Good work 👏🏼 inside the PSV it was 🔥
Great video, amazing to see these world class facilities as an ex player and now coach. Keep them coming!
Amazing video here. Thanks for the insight. I wanted to suggest if there are GK videos you will add in the future? As I would like to better my Gks in my team. Nevertheless, keep up the good work.
Why can’t are academy’s in the UK be this organised and well run along with open mindedness and new ideas about how to coach kids to improve them. All I see at one CAT1 academy is kids playing games and the coaches chatting instead of coaching.
Yeah in the uk academy football is more of a business of getting the best players that can go pro or sell them to another team
English coaches are ruined by the system of political correctness that prevails our society. They are not very good in fact must are bullshitters who could never have the skills needed .I've seen children of 8 who spent 5 yrs at aclub and had the touch of an eight Yr old learnt nothing.
Bende futbool yeteğimi kullamk istiyorum saygilarimibsunarim😊
Best one yet Saul. It's easy to see why PSV produce so much talent as they are prepared for success with the players they produce. It is a shame they are not able to keep all of them at PSV but from a business sense the players they are selling at high cost to other European Leagues are helping to finance that superb Academy there. The content is constantly improving so keep up the good work. PS The thing that struck me most is that they are all singing from the same hymn sheet and that is massively important.
Truly remarkable how in depth the footballing world is
Anybody can be a fitness expert these days
This is fantastic content! I can't wait to watch all your other videos now! Thank you
Once again in the final of the premier league international cup

Brilliant work Saul
This is amazing content. I am a mother of an 8 year old in the United States - and eventually want to provide my son with European academy level training. This is so helpful. Thank you!
Unfortunately it’s not an open acadamy. Your son needs to get scouted.
The biggest club of the Netherlands and one of the greatest academies of Europe
Bro capp
Ajax is best and biggest. Stop talking jibberish.
😂😂😂😂
@@Ghost9-q4z 5th place. Less points gotten for the Netherlands to get the second cl spot. This century more championships won by PSV. You may want to rethink that statement.
@@OkiDoki181818 Ajax still the biggest
Thank you Saul
Was there in November for an educational experience. A real breath of fresh air from UK clubs, would highly recommend anyone looking to observe different methods and culture to attend.
great video
