Thank you so much for these interviews. Honestly, what an amazing job, only one thing I might add if you can be more listening and pay more attention to them as people, because it seemd to me that you were a bit cold when they were smiling and things of that sort, I don't know I might be wrong, I just love it when its more then just for the sake of extracting information but rather learning and connecting, all the best to you.

Do you have particular activities you usually bundle with this one? Leading up to or following? Or this is a stand-alone you plug in when it applies to topic?

I like the game-like situation of the setup and intensity. Curious what you layer into it, or alternatives with the same setup. For example, to mimic when play slows down in attacking third, having the attacker slow it down out wide, bring in second attacker on delayed run to create 2v1. While keeping coaching points minimal was good so they could focus on them, do you address issues of technique that popped up regarding weight of passes for the entry pass vs the drop-off pass and why?

A very important information how the brain actually works. Sometimes it’s not about yelling at an athlete not loud enough but about his brain not being able to process information: vision or vestibular deficit. A great explanation and examples, video is easy to listen. For those who are not good in English, there are an auto translate subtitles and speed slow down options to convert it to your language🤙

I can answer that for you. PSV are the most succesful club in the Netherlands this century. They play Champions League football and this year alone they earned €50 million in that competition. Recently, they sold Gakpo for €42 million (Liverpool), Madueke for €35 million (Chelsea) and Sangaré for €35 million (Nottingham Forest). I think you underestimate the Dutch league a little bit. It's not the Premier League by any means, but there's certainly money there.

all very similar feedback on young academy players.... they like the ones that can dominate in 1v1s. nothing about they ones that can move the ball with pace or can open up teams or even defend well.

Why can’t are academy’s in the UK be this organised and well run along with open mindedness and new ideas about how to coach kids to improve them. All I see at one CAT1 academy is kids playing games and the coaches chatting instead of coaching.

English coaches are ruined by the system of political correctness that prevails our society. They are not very good in fact must are bullshitters who could never have the skills needed .I've seen children of 8 who spent 5 yrs at aclub and had the touch of an eight Yr old learnt nothing.

Best one yet Saul. It's easy to see why PSV produce so much talent as they are prepared for success with the players they produce. It is a shame they are not able to keep all of them at PSV but from a business sense the players they are selling at high cost to other European Leagues are helping to finance that superb Academy there. The content is constantly improving so keep up the good work. PS The thing that struck me most is that they are all singing from the same hymn sheet and that is massively important.
