  You can put a lock on the machine to reduce the chances of people stealing it, but people can contest the workshop and take the whole thing, but that’s not very likely

  I do this all the time and only teleport when I get attacked. Sometimes I buy all 3 stations and do 3 fusion core farms at once, but I don't need it anymore because there are too many. I have a little suggestion for my friends. A lot of people mentioned pvp. Get first and enter the special map. This way you won't have to deal with other players. Best regards.. you are loved.

  When I first started playing, maybe a week into the game I got to Whitespring and someone left a loot bag with 300+ fusion cores in it. I've been playing for a couple years now and I still have 70 left on that character.

  @@Irradiated1 Yes, this is a huge problem. There is a total of 1200 kilograms of storage space. That's why I bought the first one so I could use the scap box. haha

  It's nice in theory. The problem is the PVP aspect of claiming workshops, especially when having one is a daily requirement & the prize is a supply of fusion cores. So many times I have been ambushed by PVP fanatics here or Thunder Mountain. It would be nice if we could have one in our Camp.

  Concrete barriers around generator helps keep it safe along with turrets as already mentioned. These use to be contested a lot so a strong pvp player would come after your claim…

  You can set up turrets and defense to do your fighting for you. I've been told it's like 3 per machine every 20 min, but I've never tested it. You can do this in a private sever as well. Idk if you can log out, most likely not.

  This was just what I was looking for! Every other video I've watched on this subject had uploaders who wouldn't shut up about being level 50 or using legendary perk cards. That's not a beginner, damnit! I quit playing recently because I ran out of ammunition for my automatic rifles too quick. I'm only level 20 and just found a Tommy Gun but hardly used it because ammunition goes so fast with a 50 round magazine. I'm going to try this before I start begging really high level players for free ammunition. Thanks, mate. 🤙 @Irradiated1

  That's a lot of work for such a little bit of ammo. With the right perk cards and legendary card you can make crazy amounts of ammo. I use one char and trasnfer ammo to my other 3 who use guns. I never have an issue with running out.

  Yeah, get the right perks, some excavator power armor. Pop down to lucky hole mine to gather an unreasonable amount of lead, and then bam! People can call you bullet farmer like you're in Mad Max: Fury Road.

  Because it’s passive :), you can do this whilst doing other methods 😁

  @@Irradiated1 you could, but should you? You have to defend it and you doesn't make a whole lot. You end up using more then get when you defend it. See a long time ago you could blue print the ammo maker and have like 20 of them on the roof. Then it would make a lot. Also if you don't check it often it can get damaged by npc and stop producing ammo. No body uses this workshop for a reason.

  This is great. At the point I'm at in the game, I don't burn through ammo too fast. This could be really useful to me, as it's passive and can just run in the background. I'll definitely give it a try.

  for a full health build, overeaters is a solid choice for Power Armor.

  using the mini gauss for me two shots is better due to the fact that the explosion does not reduce in damage there are 2 explosions of 25-14 damage and the jugernaut perk only increases the damage by 25% and the two shots by 20 %

  @@Irradiated1 Angry Turtle has an excellent video he just made using the AB Pistol with the cryo mod. It's a monster in a 2 shot. I would use it more if the ammo was easier to get. I have a 2 shot and a bloodied. The reason I got them was I was participating in Eviction Notice and someone was also playing using an Alien Blaster and just melting the fire starters instantly. I had to try to do that too.

  This is such a slow way to get ammo. Crafting it urself is so much easier and u get tons and tons. I craft 10k ammo anytime I craft

  I would still prefer crafting ammo, the amount you get is not that high and defending the workshop is buggy, though having the vertibird as a support is kinda cool

  I always get this workshop since my camp is nearby it’s underneath the west compass and I get tons of points from that ammo converter sadly it doesn’t make prime ammo
