Definitely should not have any tech aids that can control wheel grip, let the rider show his skill!

The Triumph modern classic line is the only new good looking motorcycles you can buy. 😢 The looks of Japanese bikes have hit rock bottom in my opinion.

The tomahawk looks less like a bike and more like a car that you just happen to sit on like a bike. It literally has four wheels. It’s just a sports car but if you mess up you get vaporized

majority of parts are produced in china for some time, now they are strong enough to complete them themselves... they wont be taking over for some time just yet, but they will become just another player in the market and soon

For Yamaha, the V-Maxx was a way better looking and way more refined bike than the one you picked...and its was fast ass hell and very smooth

I’ve got a yellow 98’ CBR900RR. I got it for $2,000 off a guy in Cali. It was his friends bike, but the friend moved away and gave him the bike. It sat for 5 years and the guy was gonna junk it. Thank goodness I found it. Currently restoring her to stock.

Great docu, 😀 tho I think you are wrong thinking Suzuki didnt want to make the fastest bike ever. If you know Japanese culture and know the story of jap supercars from Lexus, all Japanese are about besting others and creating legends. Like the busa.

good luck to the rider. just remember he wasn’t hurting anyone at worst he would hurt himself. chasing him down with multiple officers your system is a joke.

That BMW looks a bit better in Person and if look at it as a design exercise for ideas its not bad. Now stacked up against normal cruisers it does look awful.

Imo the most trusted "chinese" companies are the ones that still have their original owner's say, for example like Benelli and Moto Morini, CFMoto have been making rounds yes but i dont know about the other chinese companies.

I read that they are simply just too expensive to make and consumers won’t pay just a little less than a 600 but with much less power. That’s why low cc bikes are all thumpers and twins. Just economics 🤷‍♂️

I saw a video reviewing one called Corporal Punishment. It was embarrassingly underpowered. I hope they weren't all like that one. It didn't even have any gauges on it.

You are right on about this subject, I'm a motorcycle lover and am also old. I see a lot of youtube channels chopping up older bikes calling them cafe racers. Any time someone removes fenders and turn signals etc. they call it a cafe racer. I feel that a lot of these guys miss the boat completely and possibly think by removing parts it will be easier for them to fix if it breaks down.

Of all things I bounced around, first the 900RR, then the ZX-11D, and finally the 2000 R1. It was pretty scary, very light steering, using ball bearings rather than more standard modern bearings. This made the R1 pretty squirrelly. After riding a Honda CBR929RR, IT really was the most fun if them at the time versatile and planted.
