Hey friend! I'm Amy - I'm a full-time traveller and digital nomad. I work remotely while travelling (mostly solo) and exploring new parts of the world. I've been to 40 countries and don't plan on stopping anytime soon!
This channel is for anyone interested in solo travel tips, how to travel on a budget, life as a digital nomad (plus how to get started), as well as specific destination guides.
Feel free to follow me on Instagram and TikTok and check out my blog - www.spellboundtravels.com for in-depth travel info!
Cheers,
Amy xx

Thank you for breaking down things a bit further and with more details
Yep our thermostats are set considerably higher than Canadians. I always think I’m getting a bargain in BC because I forget the taxes are added after…slow learner😢.
Nicaragua has more than 100 beaches better than SJDS as a natural beach, but it is the environment created by visitors, residents, and varieties of close places to visit that make the difference. Comparing SJDS with developed turistically places like Miami, Rio, and Cancun is like comparing apples with bananas.
Would love to hear from other digital nomads! Have you ever felt the same way? 👀 Excited to share more of Toronto with you all soon 🥰
We don't hate you we just don't like you
My door shop in your miniature picture 💟💟💟💟 @sozi_cookies

Cobblers.
Can you have a bike with you?
What about me?? 😭😭😭
not here to fuck spiders /didn't come to lick stamps (milder version) means you're not here to fuck around and waste time. I think the other person explained bob's your uncle well enough... Icy pole is icy pole... you wanna roll of the tongue? just say it real fast!
Now now 😂 means ASAP, and now means I'll come, but i might be late 😅

@@spellboundtravels I'm from the east coast so we never talk about Winnipeg LOL
@@patrickpelletier9458 hahaha ya we don’t in Ontario either 😂 but I still recognized the term
Since I know people will want to know, the answers are Peg - Winnipeg, Texas Mickey - A large bottle of booze, Toque - a hat, 2/4 - a 24 pack of beer, double double -coffee with 2 cream and 2 sugar
Thanks 👏🏼 didn’t realize everyone was gunna get so upset without the answers aha
@@spellboundtravels Not sure what a reach is though? To me, it is a question like "are you heading over", we say "are you reaching" but the way you used it obviously has another meaning.
You my love are not a reach haha
English! Exactly we are English, Welsh,Scottish or Irish
Most people in Canada just say British as a blanket term for everyone in the UK!
@@spellboundtravelsall well and good love but your bloke corrected you. You might have put English in your subtitle. Bloody colonials… 😉
None outside of Canada knows what you’re talking about, and even worse you couldn’t be bothered added the definition, next time please do or you’re gonna have a hard time growing on KZread
Someone woke up on the wrong side of the bed 😳
@@spellboundtravels I don't get that reference, could you maybe add a definition if you want to grow n yt comments?

Thanks for watching the surprise! What were your guesses?
You two are def two peas in a pod and loved the mystery surprise for Sam ❤.
"Bob's your uncle" means something like et voila!, there you go, it's easy! etc. For example, someone might say "You just heat it up in the microwave for 45 secs and Bob's your uncle, it's done!" It possibly arose after a 19th C British PM named Robert Cecil (i.e. Bob) who appointed his nephew for a plum job, which was an unpopular act of nepotism. So, it's something Poms say too.
Cambs gangggg
I've heard so much about it normally being much more hours than they originally established but, isn't that reportable, can't you do something to make sure they keep the obligations they adverstised?
You can report it! I think sometimes people are scared to because they don't want to get a bad review from the organization or have to find somewhere else to go. It's definitely something that needs a little work so people don't find themselves in a position where the hours are different than what was initially agreed upon!
