  I’ve always been terrified of heights, so when I was in a much darker mindset it was a constant cycle of “Oh, I’m high up” “OH NO, IM HIGH UP” “What if I jumped?” “I don’t like the feeling of falling…” “What if someone threw me off??” “I still don’t like the feeling of falling…” “What if this entire ledge and/or railing collapsed??” “Then I’d have to prepare to deal with the feeling of falling…” “Maybe I should do something to get over my fear of the feeling of falling” “What about jumping?” “No, I don’t like the feeling of falling” I’m doing a lot better now, although not much I’ve said had anything to do with my poor mental health state, there were some things missing from that I still have most of the thoughts listed above, but it’s less instigated by said mental health
