It cut faster cause of the space that opened up for the chips of metal to go. It wasnt a closed space. But love what your doing. Im in the middle of swaping a 200cc engine on to my honda grom clone. And im thinking i might have to go with fuel injection. Due to space and your videos are definitely helping
The vacuum stage is totally bogus.
Black socks with black shoes. Good man!
Thanks for kind sharing ! Is your Jack Stand 2-ton ? or might it require more to support Model 3 ?
@@3bmbm3 I was using 3-ton stands, so each should be adequate to support the 4054 lb curb weight. Since the car isn't balanced entirely on one jack stand, there is also plenty of safety margin on 3-ton jack stands.
Could this be used to slowly charge a solar battery?
Which transistors positions are the PNP and which are the NPN? I'm sure I should know how to figure this out, but I don't yet. I just received my PCB's and started assembling :-) Thanks for the design and videos!
The NPN transistors are T3, T5, and T7, and the PNP transistors are T4, T6, and T8. Thank you!
For wasted spark systems, you would usually use double ended coils.
Old but Great Video... Very Helpful... Thumbs Up !!
Nice work!! I myself work on ECU/EMS systems on heavy equipment and off-road IC/EV engines so I have a Great appreciation for people like you! Thank you for sharing.
Sorry bud, the roll cage that you have constructed is Sub Par. The forward "Roll Bar " WIIL NOT provide roll over protection. Yes, it looks nostalgic yet provides ZERO protection. Review the most current NHRA or SCTA/BNI rule books to gain the knowledge of safety cage requirements. I do wish you a safe and enjoyable experience. The Mailman
Excellent video, thank you. . You said the ground works as a return path but I would argue that it does not (in certain situations) and you can see that by measuring the non-ohms law effects on the transmission of high voltage and frequency, similar to the way you did in your video. Also different materials were used for the transmission line including water tubes, carbon cables and glass, meaning really very high resistance or completely isolated. . The research shown in this video presents those effects of non ohmic laws power flow. kzread.info/dash/bejne/rJhp3KN8oMqefZc.html . Now, one key element here is frequency, in your case you are 60 or 50hz but in the research of the video presented it is much higher. . Anyways, man, great work and perfect transcript.
If a widow has a crack longer than 10 mm the screen needs replacing!
Poor little geiger was trying to save your life so hard
I would love for you to help me properly program it for an aircraft, I have a EZ30 H6 (original) installed in a aircraft, currently it runs on the stock ECU however would love to do a custom ECU and programming specifically to configure for this application
I would suggest not using this system in an aircraft application, as such a use case requires a higher standard of reliability than a road car, and consumer-grade electronics such as the ones used here are not suitable for the application.
As a dealer tech that’s done plenty of these repairs I’ve seen a really helpful trick for getting the crack lines to fill in away from the center. While the hole is filling with resin, lightly heat the inside of the windshield with a lighter starting at the middle of the chip and working outwards along the crack lines. This helps thin the resin to better get into the cracks!
That's a great tip! Thank you!
Great job thanks
Bird translation, turn that ship down.
I have a new 13000watt predator generator it has a AVR it has a RV serge protector between generator and transfer switch. My concern is THD the generator uses less than 50 percent of the running watts. Anyone have any recommendations
The safety issue here is that you cannot privide effctive electrical safety protection eg short circuit or earth fault protection are not possible. Further the step potential at your earth stake is probably OK in your soil, but say someone does this in dry sand they could be killed if they touched the earth rod. I agree with the transfer voltage dangers which you do cover , but the casual implications of a near by swiming pool is scary.... I recommend you take site down before someone gets killed
Arduinos are so simple why not just put it chip down? the 328, a crystal and 2 caps is all you need.
So I ordered this kit and reading the instructions I was absolutely confused, unmotivated, and I even started to look up professional repairs. This video was clear, and made this process super easy for me!! Thank you 1000 times from Texas!!
I'm so glad I could help!
My first car in 1989 was a 1975 standard Beetle, first year of fuel injection. I could bury the speedometer on that thing.
What if I drop a copper bar with a wire attached into a waterhole in order to get more amps? I guess 30 mts down will improve amps readings .?
Trying to find an answer to my question here. Hopefully you see this. I am constrained for space and I need to run them basically 10 over 10 slight askew. Is it possible to connect 10 pairs of 2 parallel modules in series? So (++)(--)(++)(--) etc. Where I essentially have 10 battery pairs that are parallel, running in a 10 series configuration. Thanks!
Why didn’t you finish series?
Awesome explanation of SWER
hi, could you explain how this guy is able to light a 240v light bulb using a 12v battery and the one wire system, using ground as the other 'channel'? kzread.info/dash/bejne/ZKWLrauYYtSamrA.html what's going on there? thank you
I bought a megajolt lt Jr distributorless ignition board off of an ebay store last year. As advertised it was supposed to come with the board, processors, and everything else to be soldered to the board. When it arrived the pkg contained the board and processors notbing else ,and when I sent a what the hell email to the seller all I got in response was "no refunds" and then the store closed😂
Oh if you ever go to welding on anything galvanized, grab some muriatic acid at the hardware store. The acid eats the galvanic coating quickly and completely, then just rinse and weld away.
Dude that manifold is cool as shit well done
In 1861 telluric energy was discovered in the Alps. Today this technology is commonly called an earth battery, EB. Earth batteries work great at producing voltage. We can build an earth battery in series and create as many volts as desired. However, the amperage in an EB is very low. This is what has hindered the usefulness of the amazing earth battery. Here is how to build an earth battery. kzread.info/dash/bejne/k3d3rZNsYrKvd6Q.html Adding amperage is quite simple and key to making real power. Power = Amps * Volts. We have to increase the current in amps to produce any real power. A simple law of physics shows that wiring in parallel will add the amps of the power sources. We need to introduce a source of high amps. A solar panel wired in parallel to the EB will give the circuit much needed amps. I built this and tested it several times. It works. This hybrid system can produce limitless green energy. The secret will be to have a special solar panel built. One that wires all the photovoltaic cells in parallel to maximize the amperage. One 4 inch square photovoltaic cell produces 3 amps. This super amp solar panel will make the system a powerhouse.
This is the question that I was wondering the answer for too long. Thank you for the explanation. I am also wondering that where the neutral wire goes from our homes? To power plant or transformer? Where does it connect?
The neutral wire typically goes to a common grounding conductor that is shared between all loads in a given section of the distribution system. This is connected to grounding conductors at each utility pole and to the neutral/center taps of the transformer secondaries. Any neutral current from your house completes the circuit by returning to the transformer center tap on the secondary side.
@@DielectricVideos wow thank you for your quick reply one mystery solved for me!
you cant tap that ground you put a recepticle and cut that ground you break that transforner load?
Great explanation. One thing I would like to know how to connect an oscilloscope without damaging it. I have a 230v diesel power generator and I would like to measure output sine wave. I'm concerned damaging the oscilloscope if I connect neutral probe to the chassis and the positive probe to 230v load.
I usually connect the oscilloscope with the ground pin removed from the power cord. This can also be dangerous, though, as the chassis of the scope can become live. A safer way is to plug the oscilloscope into an isolation transformer.
@@DielectricVideos I need to take a look into this, thanks. Maybe portable oscilloscope will be a solution.
6:38, you just need an improved hendershot generator
This is still an explosive hazard. Would be better to do outside or a shed that has ventilation. Alternatively, you could use a pilot light or a spark gap to recommend the gasses after they vent off.
I have 4 RPA-16 amps. 4 15.24 towers and 4 PBG-18 passive subs.. 2 JBL party box 710's and 2 Party box 310's.. Rockville ROCKS! JBL party boxes are pretty kool too! I love the bulb box you built..!
The more ridiculous the number, the lower the actual capacity is!
I hope you become a teacher/professor. ALso aluminum is a better farady cage and cheaper.
Have you tried party speakers like the jbl 310? I wonder how these rockvilles compare to the more expensive jbl's.
129 ft pounds is the factory spec? Dang Im used to 76ft lbs.
Hi, can you specify which transistors are pnp and which ones are npn? I can’t seem to find that specification and they are only labeled T3-T8 on the board. Thank you.
Great video! Any update on this project?
Anytime you use the word “Thus” Whoa! Great job! You should produce your own kit 👍
Fantastic sub-genre of Automotive engineering! I'm in between many projects, but this has me thinking. Can you utilize a mechanical-electronic gate such as for example, On a single cylinder engine with a magneto on the flywheel, If we placed a hall window and sensor on the flywheel for roughly 45-90 degrees before TDC, in effect creating a crank sensor? With a single cylinder, all we would need is a gate and the map sensor to modify pulse width. I would throw temperature out the window, run it slightly rich, and adjust the fuel pressure to get there. (edit) - Since the single cyl doesn't use a distributor, I'm interested in the simplest solution. Running a Tecumseh 4hp on a pocketbike frame with a billet connecting rod and 24mm Mikuni carb clone. What do you think of this for a simple single injector, single cylinder setup?
How does this work if you have a MRI
It’s MRI SAFE!
@@jaxonlyrics3430 cool beans. Really making me think about getting on of these darn this.
It should be mentioned that alpha particles (although not the most penetrating) are the most ionising and alpha sources are very hazardous if ingested as internal tissue is more susceptible to radiation. The Russians have proved this on multiple occasions when they use Polonium-210 to assassinate people.
I used a professional for a crack that looked similar by size and shape. The result is very much the same to your novice repair. The remaining traces of the crack lines disturb me more than the little dot in the center. My opinion: It's worthwhile doing it, but if it's within the direct line of sight, I would get the wind shield exchanged. Also note: It's a one-off! If the first attempt failed there is no 2.try.
After an atomic war, and all the fancy fancy transistorizsed crap is fried, this thing will still work and still let you shave.
you look like ripoff jacksfilms and i love it. (i _promise you_ thats a compliment)
