36HP VW Air-Cooled Engine Revival Part 1: The Teardown

This is the first part of a 4-part mini-series on an engine revival project I've been working on over the past few months. I started with a pile of old parts and a seized-up crankcase, and I finished with a working engine. This isn't a rebuild or restoration video, it's a project that aims to get the engine running using as many of the original parts as possible. The techniques used aren't always correct, and many proved to be counterproductive, but it was an enjoyable and educational experience nonetheless.

Hello. Thanks for your work! Only one suggestion, though: I usually prefer the original audio instead of music, but, if you like putting music that's fine, just mind the volume levels, if I set up my speakers so I hear you fine when you talk, when the music starts it is too loud. Just that, I hope I don't offend you. Thanks, regards!

Great video. Great production. But please, please don't ever say: *_fire over"_* again. No. Not even once. Never. You come across as a total pro. Knows his stuff. No flies on you, right ?
