  Good one, but surprisingly not much copper smith stores. Do have any idea haw much is that raised metal figures vase in the middle @7:49? It would be fantastic if you could show more pieces like that, and I would love to find out haw they are made. Do you know why most of the copper cooking pots made in Iran are wide on the bottom and narrow on the top? Is this shape of pots a kind of regional aesthetics, or does it serve some specific function?

  Hi 👋. Thanks for your comment 😊Actually, I don't know the exact price, but it's probably between $80 and $100. The price of copper dishes depends on the weight of copper used in it, the amount of time it took to make it, and sometimes its age. As for pots, the reason for their shape is the high cooking time of Iranian food. These foods need relatively high heat for cooking, but this high heat and time should not cause the food to burn, so the upper part is made narrower so that surface evaporation is less and the lower part is wider so that more heat reaches the food.🤓
