One small comment, In 29 years, he won very, very few trophies. I love watching his teams, but he mainly suits teams with elite players. Even with Parma, he had elite players like Zola and De Baggio. In Juve, he had Zizou and Co. in Milan, everybody knows that phenomenal Milan team, at Bayern, PSG, Madrid same.

Nice video! Florentino hired Carlo back, because there was no good performance reason to sack him in 2015. It’s the crazy ruthless competitiveness at Madrid that often gets overlooked. They let go of a great coach, because they bet on Zidane. Madrid saw something in Zizou like Barclelona did with Guardiola, and it’s hard to argue against that decision, since Madrid won 3x UCL in a row. Then, lucky for Madrid, when Zidane cycle was at an end, Ancelotti was available and willing. What a gent. Next year, maybe the hardest yet for Carlo / Madrid, should Mbappe finally come. Managing that left wing, hopefully keeping Lunin in the club, managing Guler and Endrick progression vs Rodrigo ambition and the media hype on Bellingham… Carlo has his work cut out for next season. He is already one of the greats of all time, but if he succeeds next year… no doubt he ll become the greatest manager in living memory. On a side note, it’s also good to see that Florentino learned from the mistake of firing Del Bosque n the early 2000s. football hasn't yet gone from being an entertainment industry to a money making, trophy collecting one - in the eyes of the beholder of course - for people to mention his name before others. HOWEVER, there is a tactical side to football that many like, though not the mass, that do rate him as high as it is possible. he is not underrated... he just isn't as famous as the others.

Pep football is amazing to watch when they are playing against burnley or Sheffield united. 😂 But forreal, big game matches pep style of football can be so rigid,but when his players are on form forget you are getting annihilated.
