In the next comparison video could you please do a comparison video of who sang it best between Taylor John Williams singing his cover version of Mad World at the Knockout stage of the Voice in the year 2014 versus Seal also singing his cover version of Mad World live in a Clip of “The Passion” from the Live Fox Production in which Seal is featured versus Maelyn Jarmon also singing her cover version of Mad World during the Cross Battles of the Voice in 2019 versus Cody Frost also singing her cover version of Mad World during the Live Finale of the Voice UK in 2016.These are highly emotive performances. Thanks for finally reacting to this comparison video despite the challenges with KZread. However, honestly i did not like the fact that you had to cut most of the performances short. I basically had to rewatch the full performances on my own again in order to come up with a proper analysis. I just wish there was a way to avoid having the cuts in future. However, i loved the fact that you were very frank and clear in your analysis. I however, did not agree with how you scored some of the performances. This will be seen as you go further into my analysis. However, i respect your opinion. First performer: Aliyah Moulden. I think that Aliyah did a great job with this song for the most part. She was very controlled and had great emotion for most of the performance. However, she allowed her emotions to get the better of her towards the ending of the song. As a result of this she froze and began to choke. This caused her to lose a bit of the control that she had over the song in the beginning up to the middle. Therefore, this was evident when she went off key. Remember that this is still a competition. Therefore contestants still need to control their emotions and be professional. Therefore, I also gave Aliyah a 13 out of 10. The second singer: Rhap Salazar. This is where is i disagree with you. I think that Rhap delivered a stunning performance. He was in control of the song from start to finish. There were no flaws in his performance. You stated that there were problems with his transitions in this song. I strongly advise you to please rewatch his performance again. For me his transitions were smooth and clean. His performance was so well balanced. It was as if he did not need to try too hard to express himself. His performance just flowed. He performance was flawless. Therefore, i gave Rhap Salazar a 14.98 out of 10. The third singer: Jex de Castro. Jex was phenomenal. He delivered an excellent rendition of this song. I loved the fact that he personalized this song and made us feel that he was telling a story.I also loved the fact that he slowed the song down a bit in order to covey clearly the meaning and message of the song in such a way that it resonated with everyone. He told the story so well that he painted a clear picture for everyone. He was also in control of his performance from start to finish. He connected extremely well with this song. Therefore, i also gave Jex a 14.99 out of 10. The fourth singer: Cyrus Villanueva. I am sorry but I just could not agree with the score that you gave him(14.95). I thought that Cyrus was exceptional. He delivered a master class rendition of this song. Everthing was on point. He connected extremely well with this song to the point that i could feel his passion and conviction. I believe that of all the singer his tasks was the most challenging because he had to both play the piano and sing. This is extremely difficult to do while competing. This is because the nerves can easily get the better of you and cause you to make a serious error which can throw off the entire performance. Therefore, there is no room for error. Cyrus had the full package. His performance evoked a lot of emotions to the point that i could feel his pain. However, unlike Aliyah he was in total control and did not allow his emotions to get in the way of his performance. Therefore, because he went above and beyond to make his performance really special i will have to give him 15 out of 10. The fifth singer: Etham Beckton. As in the first comparison video his performance of this song in the second comparison is still a true masterclass. He like Cyrus had the full package. He was also able to evoke a lot of emotion. His vocals soared in this song. From the beginning of the song he grabbed my attention and held it to the very end. This song indeed had some deep meaning to him. Therefore, because of this he was able to convey the true meaning and message of this song. Therefore, again because Etham went above and beyond to make his performance really special I also gave him 15 out of 10. That being said here is how I ranked the performances: (1) Cyrus Villanueva and Etham Beckton. (Yes i have a tie). (2) Jex de Castro. (3) Rhap Salazar. (4) Aliyah Moulden. I hope you enjoyed my breakdown. I await your feedback.❤❤😊

Now onto the scores and results. This was the closest battle we ever had where any of the 4 guys could easily have won. With that being said I still feel the Champ is the champ for a reason and that is that he ticked all the boxes on a relatively small stage in terms of no props just raw emotion and talent thus If I would rescore his performance I would give him a 15.01/10 giving him the winners spot again. All your other results and placing I'm happy with.😊

@@davieansullivan-ct6iv I understand your point. However, i think Cyrus also had great deal of raw emotion. His performance was very emotional and moving.Even though he was playing the piano and singing he still managed to captivate his audience. For me he also ticked all the boxes. As, i stated earlier he had the full package. He gave a complete performance which had everything. Therefore, i disagree with the score that you gave him.I still believe that both himself and Etham were neck and neck.As you stated this comparison battle was one of the closests.Niether of them had the clear advantage over the other.❤️👍😊

so nice to see you again in our ABBA Sundays, dear friend (querido amigo) "Elaine" (1980) is a B-side to the wonderful single "The winner takes it all" but finally not included in "Super trouper" album in my opinion is acceptable or good, 6pts a great melody, so powerful, fantastic synths but not much more for me, not in my favourites ABBA have much better songs and much better B-side singles too, like I've been waiting for you (of So long 1974) Intermezzo No 1 (of Mamma Mía 1975) That's me (of Dancing Queen 1976) Also, is incredíble the contrast in the single the A-side is a heartbroken ballad the B-side is almost a rock that is the versatility of ABBA music I wish you a great new week My best regards from Buenos Aires Argentina 🇦🇷 South America

hello dear friend, so happy to see you discovering more ABBA songs in our ABBA Sundays "Why did it have to be me" (1976) It is another very good song from the fantastic and iconic album "Arrival" it has a happy and danceable rhythm Björn is the voice in the opening verse and the ladies Frida and Agnetha sing the response as a duet It was premiered live for the Swedish TV special 'ABBA DABA DO' like these video you react now, and then performed on the TopPop show But the most memorable is for ABBA's 1977 tour of Europe and Australia. there towards the end ABBA performs a mini musical of four new songs (which will be on the next album: 'The Album', 1977) the girls change outfits, wearing the same with blonde wigs, to play the same character first Agnetha is going to change (because she is the main voice of the first song of that musical) then the other three perform this song and Frida has all the center stage, and she does a histrionic performance and Benny also excels on keyboards the video is unmissable, taken from the movie 'ABBA The Movie' that filmed that unforgettable tour "Why did it have to be me" It is also one of the numbers that many years later Benny Andersson himself included on his tours with his BAO orchestra. (Benny Andersson Orchestra) .and one more fact this song is actually a progression in the rhythm and other lyrics of another ABBA song, which was used only as a B-side: "Happy Hawaii" with the voices of Frida and Agnetha and that ABBA recorded it with cartoons of themselves Have a nice week My best regards from Buenos Aires Argentina 🇦🇷 South America

Hello Eduardo, how are you? Do you or anyone know if ABBA Doba Do was actually a live performance like it was in 1979? If so, it was perfect, even better vocally than Sydney, whose performance of course has a great fun factor. Both were created live and are unique in their own way. I'm not a black and white guy and especially not when it comes to the two ladies, who both looked great together and complemented each other perfectly. I wish you a nice end to the year

hello again dear friend, so happy to see you again with our ABBA Sunday Gonna sing you my love song (1974) It is a beautiful vocal interpretation of Frida as the lead voice and a very powerful choir when joined by Agnetha It's one of the few early ABBA songs with one of the Ladies in lead voice (second of Frida in two first albums) It is a preview of what Frida will demonstrate with her leadership in the single "Fernando" and later with "Knowing me knowing you" on Arrival and "One man one woman" on The Album is in my favorites from "Waterloo" album only behind the homonymous and colossal masterpiece "Waterloo" and the catchy "Honey honey" at the same level as "Hasta Mañana" and "Dance (while the music still goes on)" See you soon in next ABBA reaction a cordial greeting from Buenos Aires , Argentina 🇦🇷 South America P.S: now is November 15 78th birthday to Frida an scorpio, like me I'm from November 11
