  I cannot answer your DUMB online security question when asked for employment or unemployed status, i am a CARER, so i stumble at the first hurdle because there is NO OPTION for my 'employment'...FFS.....

  Been banking with Nationwide for nearly 50 years, thanks for the £100 BUT, why are you refusing access to my account because i have to answer your DUMB 'security' questions for the first time EVER,.....it is like i am applying for a job and i have to fill out my entire job experience life? shoe size? waist size? DICK size, etc, etc,...GTFOH with this BS...just let me log on without a spanish inquisition ffs......NOT HAPPY, you can keep the £100 if it means i can log into my acoount as usual FFS.....VERY ANGRY.....

  SHAME on you nationwide. Just listening to moneybox on R4 and they’re explaining how you harassed a couple in their 90s who had been customers for 20+ years and married 67 years. They had no internet presence and NW shut their bank account because they claimed they could not prove their identity. It is resolved thanks to moneybox and their son. Sort your processes out and learn how to take care of vulnerable customers. NOW!

  I love this advert!😂 Brings a smile to my face. Also I think there are people that have worked for Nationwide or are in it, that cannot be trusted. Yes there are scammers. But it just seems too obvious to me. The system is always down, calls in one year about fraudulent usage of an account online. It's too much Nationwide! Sort your company out!😡🤔

  I've been with nationwide for about 8yrs now they have been brilliant and their ads reflect their approach in that they do offer better interest rates when available and don't just treat you like a number but like you actually matter.
