Hi, I have a question. I've been accepted to the Rose Hill campus with a major in marketing, but I'm considering switching to the Lincoln Center. Is this possible? I'm a bit confused as the information suggests that at Lincoln Center, you study global marketing with consumer insights, while at Rose Hill, it's just "marketing." I also plan to minor in fashion, and I'm unsure if this is feasible at Lincoln Center. I simply want to switch to Lincoln and need to know: 1) Is it possible to switch? 2) How does marketing at Lincoln differ from Rose Hill? 3) Can I pursue a minor in fashion there, and are there available facilities on campus? Hello Luvshsh, it has been two years since I attended Fordham Rose Hill in the Bronx. I did not attend Fordham Lincoln Center in Manhattan. I think for first year you should try to live on campus (apply to Loyola). As far as parties I would say that mostly occurs off campus in the neighborhood of Belmont which is where Fordham Rose Hill is located. So if you lived in a dorm or in an apartment in Belmont there would be virtually no difference asides you can't really host a big party in a dorm. As far as networking, the more time you spend on campus the more opportunities you will have to bump into your peers and teachers. Living on campus increases the these incidences and makes it easier to stay on campus longer. I lived on campus all 4 years most students live on campus for at least the first or second year. If you are going to the campus in the Bronx you will feel like you are at Fordham more than you will feel like you are in NYC, different if you attend the Lincoln Center campus.

This is awesome. Quick question: what thoughts entered your mind during the quietest parts of this trip?
@nohkotlarek45538 ай бұрын
Hey Will, Hope you've been well. Thanks for your excellent question. During the ride I mostly think about what it would be like to live in each town, seemingly random people from elementary and middle school, how steep this hill is, what color gatorade will I get next, my parents, tobogganing down big snowy hills with my cousin, my two former lovers-of-sorts, what will I say in my narration of the video, wonder if the video should have background music, organic chemistry, maybe studying medicine, how will I force myself to study for the CPA exam, will I make the right journal entries at work, the future of the Democratic Party, cars, and my current and former roommates among other things. During the quietest parts of the trip from a decibel perspective I think "wow this is so quiet" and "geez, I just can't get over how silent it is here." The silent darkish moments, like while exiting Van Cortlant park, are the most rewarding experiences for me. During the loudest parts of the trip (from a decibel perspective) when I tearing down a hill I can't help but smile and shout for joy. I also think "well I better hold onto these handlebars tight and not hit a pothole." Ripping down a big long hill places me "in the moment." Once I reach the bottom of the hill I usually start laughing. Sincerely, Noah

@@nohkotlarek4553 I had a blast! Dropped a little edit on my channel to prove it. Would also be down to ride, are you still in nyc?
Do they charge for bringing the bicycle on the train.
Yes, I believe it was $15 you just have to check off that you have a bicycle when you buy tickets online with Amtrak
That was nuts - but in the best way possible. Looking forward to that technicalities video
Thanks Richard! I have been lazy lately but the video is coming eventually!
Where did you park your bike when eating at restaurant ?
Hi. I got a motel room in that town and put my bike in there then walked across the parking lot to the Thai restaurant
Crazy guy 😂❤ “I had a massive 💩 so now my body feels like carbon fiber”
It's funny but true
Hey Noah!! I also live in New York and love doing long distance cycling. I am planning on doing this exact trip and would love to chat with you about it!! Live in Manhattan. Thanks for the great content and keep it up!!
Hi Yeshaya, I live in midtown east and would love to chat about the ride. Email me at [email protected] and we can set up a time to meet and exchange phone numbers.
Woah! What an incredible feat NoAH!!!!!!!!!! So lovely that you went through Yorktown heights!!!
Hey hey hey TiffANY! Hope you enjoyed the video as much as I enjoyed going through Yorktown heights
Phenomenal ride! Congratulations!!
Thanks Frank... see you on the road!
You doing well 🎉 good job man
Thank you Gammie, have a nice day
I want to see what you ate and drank and techniqalities.
I will make a video discussing this mater in about two weeks, butttttttt... mostly I drank gallons of gatorade, v8 juice, and water. I also added sugar to the gatorade sometimes. And I mostly ate cliff bars and the crunchy people version of fig newtons
this guy got a funny personality,
Thanks gangsta, hope you enjoyed the video!
dude what is that light where it shows the bike shape on the ground ? Is that a flash light or a legit bike light ?
Hey, it's called the laserlight made by beryl. I think the company, Beryl, used to be called Blaze. Now I think that Beryl/blaze might be out of business. Maybe. Here is a link to where they can be bought now although it looks like they can only be purchased in the combo pack with the taillight (called the burner). trucavelo.com/en-us/collections/blaze
What year and model is that bike ?

You rode all the way to Boston just to take the train back to NYC. You are insane but what an epic ride!
Yes, I'm a bit of a nutter. I arrived in Boston around 5:30PM and wanted to get back to New York at a somewhat responsible time so that I could sleep and be refreshed for work in the morning. The Amtrak ride was ∼4 hours from Back Bay Station to Penn Station. I got back to my apartment in midtown at 11:30PM.
hell yeah! The content I have been waiting for!
Rodrigo! Thanks for the nice comment. Hope you've been well. You're due for some vlog content as well - I've memorized every line of "2021 Part 3" 😃 Cheers, Noah
Congratulations on a successful ride, loved the vlog 🫡
Thanks for watching Steven and glad you enjoyed the vlog 🫡
what kind of a front light is that?

I have one front light that's older than the other. On the older one the green bike is fainter than on the new one. I don't know if it is because the old one faded or if the new one just uses a brighter laser.
great job man. really epic ride!
Thanks William!
Watching this has brought me an immeasurable sense of peace
Jay, I'm happy that this video brought you an immeasurable sense of peace - hope it stays with you Thank you, Noah
4:18 long time viewer first time commenter, would you say the pretzels or gatorlyte contributed more towards helping you on the ride?
Hey Matt, Thanks for your new comment and continued viewership. Both are essential, but I could not tell you which was more crucial. I was already pretty topped-up on Gatorade before reaching the Sunoco so increasing my pretzel intake may have been more helpful to me on the ride. Take care, Noah
This is awesome. Quick question: what thoughts entered your mind during the quietest parts of this trip?
@@nohkotlarek4553 Noah- thank you for this poetic and thoughtful answer.
What were the technicalities of the trip?
Hey Matt, Thanks for inquiring about the technicalities of the trip. I will provide you a video in a couple weeks with an in-depth answer. Is there anything in particular you'd like to know more about? Take care, Noah
I too would like to know about the technicalities. Perhaps a bit about your packing strategy and realizations that might not occur to someone planning their first long-distance ride.

I love this!!
Thank you 4limusic, have a wonderful day
siyao would be proud of you
He enjoyed the editing and suggested that I adjust my voice to be less monotone despite my tiredness. I agree.
What would you have done differently?
Coming soon Baurkot
doing this in jeans is wild 😂😂
anything for fashion and style...
if you ever do this ride again, there's a 10 mile rail trail in port Jeff to wading river. gets you off the road for a min@@nohkotlarek4553
thank you so much for sharing this! great video… i’m going to try this myself this summer so it was nice to see a preview 🫶
Good luck on your travels! Let me know if you're looking for a Montauk cycling companion this summer, I'm ready for round 2... no pressure though!
Awesome job!!
Thanks CL!
This is awesome! I got admitted to Lincoln Center, but I'm definitely gonna try to take some classes at this campus too
Brat, Lincoln Center is a beautiful campus in its own right. Was just there lounging in the LC grass between the two buildings. Congrats on getting admitted! Let me know if you have any questions, although I did graduate a year ago so I might not be too up to date! Cheers
Parent of a potential student and found this helpful in giving me new insights
