A lot of malls here in the US are closing down because more people are buying online and getting what they want mailed/delivered to them. Is that happening in Colombia, too?

Not at all. The problem in the video was that it was a Monday on Rush hour, and the weekends, the malls are super crowded.

I took the metro to terminal del norte the a bus which was 20 mill pesos like 5 dollars to la priedra del peñol. Then I took a mini chiva taxi to guatape it was 15 mill pesos like 4 dollars.
