Seems like nightime, all the tourist and activities end completely. Unless you live there, seems risky going there solo at night especially for a gringo.

I agree with you, but only where I was in the video , the parts where all the tourist go is very safe and I always see gringo there until 10pm

This is the only time I got scared in comuna 13 it was around 9 p.m., where no tourists go. There was a part where I saw a dog that was when I got scared Lol.
