  *Shady, illegal business practices, theft, and lies* The company used illegal practices to ship a defective device to me. When I reported it within the required 7-day period, they said they'd give me a full refund and pay for the return shipping. They tried to get me to lie at customs to say it was a much lower-value item so they didn't have to pay as much on shipping. I refused and sent it a legitimate way. Not only did they not give me a full refund, but they also didn't refund any of the shipping cost for their defective device. They stopped responding to my emails almost 2 months ago.
