Are you reviewing the Pro version? In Australia the R17 doesn’t have a fingerprint scanner, no SD card slot and is only 6GB of RAM

Lauren, in Aust it does have both a fingerprint sensor and expandable storage (use the 2nd sim slot). Unless you got one from a Telco in which case they will only give you a phone with a single sim - they can't bear the thought that you might use another operator!

Richard McLennan thanks, I didn’t know you could use the second sim slot for an sd card and I wrote this before I got the phone. I ordered it from Officeworks and picked it up after I wrote this comment and it does have a fingerprint scanner
