This video was published in 2019. Obviously prices shown in this video are not accurate anymore 😂 Here is an updated video with the current prices in the attractions as of 2024, and still, Topkapi is not 93 usd, is 1,500TL per person which makes around 45 usd. kzread.info/dash/bejne/Z2R7m86mldK_cps.htmlsi=qOWJWrWNsqPy0Tpi kzread.info/dash/bejne/poxszdGSnZmcZ7g.htmlsi=JUyaKzAUzg3r-XDM

Hi, May I share the most important news you will ever hear in life? God the Father sent His holy Son Jesus Christ(Y'shua Ha' Mashiach) from heaven to earth, to be born of a virgin. He grew up and died on the cross for our sins. He was put into a tomb for 3 days, and then Abba Father raised Jesus to life and He appeared to people and went back to Heaven. We must all sincerely receive Jesus to be a true child of God. It says in John 1:12 "But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name." Will you genuinely believe on Christ Jesus and truly receive Him today, before it is too late?

Erdogan destroyed the economy, everything. The economy will never improve as long as Erdogan is in power. I think you should not come to live here before Erdogan is out of power. The most important thing should be communication during travel especially in a foreign country. That is shy I'd recommend Immersive translate as a guide and a translator. It also works if you are willing to learn the language itself. It incorporates the help of search Engines such as DeepL Chatgpt and Gemini making it more efficient.

I'm a foreigner living in Turkey for more than a year a half at this point. The economic struggle of this country has only gone up 10 fold and will continue to get worse. Prices of everything increase every week. For those coming to Turkey to visit, I strongly urge you to always ask about prices before you buy anything, as many times they won't bother having them written. Restaurants especially in/near touristic areas can absolutely price gouge you and in some cases add a "10% foreigner's tax" on your food bill. Look at menus with prices written. If it's not easy for tourists anymore, imagine how hard it has been on the locals.

Istanbul is very beautiful and I would visit any time. With that being said I would say the cheap stuff is shoping and most restaurants and food in general. Transportation is cheap and I hope it stays like that. Anything that has cultural significance is very very expensive. Hagia Sofia is 25 euros now, Topkapi palace is 45, Maiden island is 30, Galata tower is 30, Cisterns are 18 etc. Most museums are 15 and up. Pretty sad about that side of Istanbul. I wish it was more affordable. I'm still coming back but not for that stuff. Ferry is my favorite thing in Istanbul.
