Great to see a deep dive on all of these little accessories. Thx!
Thanks for watching!
The whole reason for the video is to see how the mesh works and you don't show it. I'm real
Do you guys ship yo Canada?
It depends on what's being shipped. You can email our sales team at [email protected] with any questions. Cheers!
Could I use ptfe tape on the thread of the upper carrier?
No, that could damage the threads. If the adjustment is slipping you'll need to replace the whole collar.
It’s got a spout to deliver the espresso ☕️ goodness right into your pie hole, at least that is what I would do lol 😂
Has VA fixed all the issues yet?
Thank you. Any research papers behind the science explained here?
Slayer are the best most innovative Espresso Machine's in the business....Love working on these CHEVROLET'S😊☕🇭🇲🇨🇦🇺🇸
can you change the temp of the auto milk
You can program the Appia Life Auto steam to finish at different temperatures, but you can only run one program at a time. In contrast, the Aurelia Wave has two programmable options per steam wand, as does the Eagle One.
I am new to espresso and just recently bought a nomad espresso machine. I already had the Orphan espresso lido 3 for an espresso grinder. I need a scale recommendation. I appreciate all of the support.
The Wacaco Exagram is a great option if we're talking about weighing espresso yield only. The Acaia Pearl or Timemore Black Mirror are great large platform scales.
@@primacoffeeequipment so I have one for pour over. I only need one to use with the nomad manual espresso machine.
@@primacoffeeequipment it is only to weight the espresso. I have the coffee Gator scale for pour-over and cold brew.
San remo, such a good machine and will periodically have a problem because it is too complex
can you connect nitro to it? what is the concentrate coffee water ratio to prepare?
No, POUR'D is not a Nitro solution. The ratio depends on the strength of the coffee concentrate you're using and your taste, which varies quite a bit. Unfortunatley I don't know what we used at the time of filming.
I did no know there was a national coffee day.
Your video is helpful. Thank you. The Light & Juicy recipe on the Lotus site, by Mike Bawden is far more balanced and well... juicy. Highly recommended fiu light to light-medium roast. Premixing in gallon jugs, is convenient for me in the States.
Sir. Is there any problem if we use tape instead of Spring in Portafilter to hold portafilter basket?
The tape probably won't withstand the heat and water very long, but it won't hurt anything.
I've got one of those big Commercial stainless Bunn coffee makers you see in Diners and at 7-11. I guarantee it blows the doors off any of these..
No one ever mentions the high cleaning required for the silicon flap. This causes the coffee grinds coming out of the shute to fan out causing a teriible mess and not dispensing directly into the portafilter basket.
I’ve been consistently delighted with my Robot in the six months since I’ve had it.
Maybe a dumb question but are you using hot or cold water?
With the Fretta you need to use hot water.
I received my 078S. It’s advised to start the grinder prior to adding your beans??
Yes! It helps keep the grounds more even.
@@primacoffeeequipment I'm curious as to why you didn't do that?
@@francofratangelo4782 Though beginning from a hot start is generally agreed to be best practice, will you be able to taste the difference, and does it truly matter? Probably not. Try it and let us know!
Hey , Can I Use Your Video To My Short
3.5 gram of coffee 😆
This is precisely what an aeropress concentrate does.. immersion, pressure, and a filter.
Is the Barista assembly video already available? I can't find it.
looks like a good addition but its impossible to source in the UK out of stock everywhere
How about breville precision brewer vs breville grind control?
I'd say one better occasionally vacuum clean the bottom and back grates of lint/dust! Thanks
Hi, Is the knob pull off/removable? Ours needs some electronics spray cleaner sprayed into the knob shaft.. Because the knob response has gotten bad/jumpy. Due to common age/oxidation of internal contacts... But unplugging and spraying with the knob installed, blocks the spray from getting where it needs to. Thanks

sleek BUT way too ex! Tank is too small for continuous pulling.
Good video, thank you!
Cheers!
There is one model missing: the Moccamaster CDT Grand 1,8 l ❤
4 pounds of coffee a day! Who grinds that much at home???? I thought I drank a lot off 😂
Do you have affiliate links for these items?
Yes! Email [email protected]
Have you tried the new Nitropress DS , that apparently does not need cartridges anymore ?
We have! It's amazing. It should be available at Prima before the end of the year!
The last mentioned Moccamaster has 9 conic holes and wets the coffee as I have never seen before! It lasts 5 year warrenty.
I wish I had you as my tour guide when I was in Scotland years ago. I needed someone who take me to places like this.
What is the water filter jug that you’re using?
Do you still recommend the Silvia?
Though it hasn't been updated in a long while, it remains possibly the most reliable single boiler machine on the market. We absolutely still recommend it!
Very nice advise
Where do u buy and refil the nitrogen. What size is that tank. Can anyone buy nitrogen tank's like ftom a welder ? . Thanks
Hi there! We believe this is a 22cu ft. tank. We refilled it with medical grade N2 at a local welders supply shop.
I've had my Chestnut G1 grinder since 2017 and it is still going strong. super uniform grindsizes and works really well with kalita,v60,chemex and French press.
Isn't this a repost?
It is! We had to fix a spelling error. ☺️
Great video.
I believe Technivorum KBT was just updated to a thermal carafe with glass liner? Seems to be the holy grail of thermal carafe. Would appreciate your thoughts I am shopping now. Thanks
Also, I can't find the Enthusiast anywhere? Out of stock on your website any idea of when these will be available?
Yes, there does appear to be a glass liner now. We have not had a chance to see it in person. Unfortunately, our demo unit is a little bit older! The Enthusiast should be back in stock sometime in June. Cheers!
Thanks for a great review. I guess the real question is if they all make a great cup of coffee that you'll enjoy in the morning? I'm always drawn to usability and the Breville appeals to me very much for that reson, but I'm concerned if I'll sacrifice too much coffee flavour for usability.
Thanks for the question. It really depends on how discerning and particular you are about your coffee, but I certainly wouldn't complain if I had the Breville at home :) Every brewer here (with maybe the exception of technivorms) is capable of some world-class coffee extractions.
Too bad no reputable company makes beam heaters anymore.
that blue glass is really cool ;)
Cheers! ☕
Can you weigh a portafilter without turning over the pad?
Hi there - yes, you can!
Cute 🤗
