  If both husband and wife is working than you are allowed 30 hrs but if 1 is working 15 hrs.

  Yes if you take research than you can do only 20 hr. If you take placement than you can work 40 hr in your field.

  It is ok. You can do insurance now but put starting date after 10-15 days so it will reduce price of insurance.

  I am not sure about this university. Every university in uk is ok if you can afford your fee. Otherwise on student visa and in start you can’t earn so much to manage your fee with living expenses as well.

  yeah course is good. career options actually depend on you and your efforts not the degree actually. you need to have some previous experience, grab some online certifications or do some internship or apprenticeship before entering into the job market. it can enhance your chances to be considered

  NHS surcharge are your visa requirement and not an optional go back where you find better then UK. You came on a student. Visa you have shown HOME office that you have sufficient funds to support you in UK. Where that money gone it's doesn't mean that you have funds your visa fees / tuition fees while working in UK.. Scamers you show funds in your accounts in UK once get the visa withdrew it and start working illegal after arriving in UK
