    At this point of your responses I do not know what you are talking about. I thought my post was clear: My unit doesn't work, I contacted the service and I posted Quotes of what they told me to do....then I commented on what I though of what they suggested I do. Sorry for the confusion. I was just sharing my experience with a Lemon out of the box and the company not taking responsibility but expecting me to fix their defective unit. Even though I have a two year warranty guaranty.

    I am so sorry truly..my brain should have just waited to respond when I wasn’t in the middle of my training class. We were finishing up the last few minutes of break and thought I could respond. My bad reading that a certain way and realizing I didn’t respond making much sense in a rushed response. So I apologize about that! I read that out of proportion. Truly sorry. I was confused a bit. I’m sorry your experience was not a great one. I swear some companies truly suck on instructing people to fix issues or lazy and don’t want to fix the problem is what I’m finding with my past experiences as well. I am also no mechanic and I don’t think I could figure that out either. So that’s not cool how they expected you to know that. It would be at least nice to have a person on the phone to walk through step by step on how to fix the machine at least. And not just read it because it’s just as confusing that way. I would definitely request to send it back if you can and get it either replaced or a refund. Whichever you think is best but the fact you also have that 2 year warranty they should definitely help with that. Sorry all that):

    Oh it must be something wrong with the machine. Not exactly sure. If it’s not running or doesn’t work I’d suggest reaching out directly to the manufacturer, have them replace the machine or they can issue a refund, however you’d like to go about that.

    QUESTION: What is that hose port on the right above the spinner for? And did you receive an actual booklet instruction manual?

  • @neoshazavala
    @neoshazavalaКүн бұрын

    Hello again, It’s for the other side to have water on as the spin cycle. So when your spinning the dirty water from your clothes you can have the hose put on that other side to and have the water on, and have the spinner on at the same time that way it’s adding new water but rinsing your clothes out better while it’s spinning(: Yes I did receive the manual too.

    @neoshazavalaКүн бұрын

    Sorry to hear about your experience. It was worth it for me because of course mine worked luckily. As mentioned in my disclaimers though, everyone can have a different experience with the same machine. Sometimes the item you order may not be made correctly or something goes the complete opposite unexpectedly on its way to you unfortunately. My best suggestion in this case where the spin cycle isn’t working is to send it back and let the manufacturer know so they can send you a new one or issue you a refund, however you want to go about that.

    @@neoshazavala Oh i am spiitng needles. They sent me a message: "Here is my claim department's response : " We received the email from the customer, here is our reply. Hello, Thanks for your message. For the ring, This is used to install the fixed inlet pipe. Could you please check whether the dehydration motor is running, and whether the lid of the dehydration bucket is closed? If the motor is running but the inner cylinder does not spin: 1. It may be that there are too many clothes, please try to put on less clothes. 2. It may be that the inner cylinder and the motor are separated, please open the back cover and have a check. If the motor is not running and the cover is normally closed: 1. There is a problem with the cable between the knob and the motor. You can try to open the back cover and buckle the brake strap down a hole, or two. 2. There may be a problem with the safety switch, open the control panel, find the dehydration knob, there are two copper sheets, check whether there is oxidation, press down with your hand, and let the two copper sheets touch each other. " First of all: I am not a mechanic. II have no idea what these parts are. THERE IS NO MANUEL just a blurred memeographed enclosed sheet of a page with blurred printing. I have muscular issues and am older. I can't get down on the ground and open an area of a machine like that. This was the first use. It doesn't work. The spin doesn't work empty, with one item with two items, etc. It's a LEMON! And i purchased a two year warranty on it. I had to send a video of it not working and THIS is the response. NO Responsibility for a defective unit.

     @Tocimah Sorry I hope you felt my response wasn’t rude? I hope you weren’t upset because of their service. I hope not.. maybe I’m reading it the other way around. I’m not sure how you took that. Maybe me too. But my intention was not to make you upset. So hopefully we’re good there(: And I also am no mechanic either. I truthfully was just trying to learn as much as I could about this item once I found it myself and seeing how much it helped me and saved me time and money, so that is why I made this video about it to have others have what I have to make there lives easier to like it did mine. But the unfortunate part about buying anything from anyone, is that sometimes the item you order doesn’t come to you in the way it should. Or the company just sucks and doesn’t take care of their customers like they should to. That is the company’s fault for sure. But unless you’re talking about them and not me then it makes sense about them not taking responsibility for the defective unit based on their response to you. Haha. But no I’m sorry you’re experiencing that with those guys. That’s frustrating

    I bought the next size down 2024 Costway via Amazon version and the lint filter is different. I could figure yours out easily, especially with your demo. But with this one-- cannot get the !@#$'in thing out. I moves up and down like it would pop open in either position, but NO. There is nowhere it actually releases. So after 2 loads I'm screwed and can't do anymore until I figure out how to get it out. No instructions whatso effing ever. As far as the water level guides--I searched with a flashlight and there aren't any. That's the 17.6 lbs (total wash plus spin, not wash tub size) machine.

    HELP!!! I purchased both the washer and dryer from Wayfair some months ago. I'm disabled and this purchase has been a true Godsend. I'm disabled and hv no W/D in my handicapped APMT. However, it's only been six months and the spinner smells like burnt rubber and it does not spin enough to get the water out of the clothes. I have troubleshooted and done everything I know to do except for taking off the back panel. Then as my luck would have it, my dryer completely stopped working the next day. What's concerning is I've only used these maybe 10 times since purchase. Thank God I bought the 3-year warranty on both with Allstate. I called Wayfair and explained to them what happened and they could not get ahold of anyone about this warranty issue. So, instead they are going to replace both units for FREE!! What I would love is the knowledge of how to fix them so I could donate them to those in need. I know the feeling of being homeless bc I only get a grand a month from SSDI. I'm not finding any videos online to help me. Sooo, I'm reaching out to as many peeps as I can to see if anyone can help. Sorry for the length of this post.

    No, comforters/bigger blankets would be too big for this machine and could cause damages. Make sure not to over crowd the machine since water weight the material you put into it also gains that weight as well while washing.

    I bought one of these about four months back, and I love it. I also set mine into the bathtub to use and fill it with my hand-held shower sprayer. I use about 1/4 cup of liquid detergent and a couple of tablespoons of borax per load. My only trouble occurred in prying the lint trap out; I resorted to my needle-nose pliers to get it out. Not sure why mine is so tight.

  • @neoshazavala
    @neoshazavalaАй бұрын

    Oh that’s great, borax is also a great suggestion for laundry use so thank you for that as well! But I’m sorry to hear your experience regarding the lint trap. I’m not sure but was it built maybe size and width maybe off for the piece to not want to get put back into place correctly without anything being too tight or loose? Maybe it wasn’t measured properly at the time of making it is what I can think of.

    I just fasten a knee-high pantyhose to the end of the drain tube with a nylon hair tie. Catches everything even the tiny lint particles that easily pass through the mushroom. Just take it off ever couple of months and replace.

    These machines ate great..I have the Track life brand..but you cant use hot water because it will ruin the motor..it goes for all of there brands...ive got my for over 4 years I use cold ...but not to cold...for whites and color clothing...😊.p.s. I alao place a 1.00 store ni- high panty hose to the Hose so the lints air small dirt balls, etc stays in sock and not in tub drain..😊

    Soft drain ? Not soft wash or agitation? I never heard of a soft drain ..

    Yeah sorry I was new learning the machine and thought I had my facts all correct. This is supposed to be soft agitation not drain.

    Do your clothes get tangled and turn into a ball of knot with this machine? I have a castaway portable washer and it gets tangled

  • @neoshazavala
    @neoshazavala4 ай бұрын

    I forgot to mention throughout this video, yes you cannot over load your portable washer because also depending on the size of clothes and what not you have to watch how much you add, since it can lead up to tangling your laundry and stretching out your materials throughout the wash and dry cycle.

    You are precious and so detailed. Keep up the good blogging. P.S. Good info on the lent filters in the dryer. I was concerned that the dog hair wouldn't come off my clothes as well as it does with my stackable dryer. No one ever talks about the lent on the clothes. And your right , preventative maintenance , when it comes to cleaning the filters has to be done and helps with the lifespan of the machine. Thank-you
