Hello! there. I saw your videos and was impressed by the quality of your content. However, after analysis, I noticed there needs to be improvement for getting more views and subscribers. You are working hard but the main motive to reach an exact audience is not fulfilled. You are working for your audience if the video can't reach them. That's a waste of your energy and time also. I will show the problem in your video and share how to fix it. Only say ‘yes’ if you want to grow your channel.

Im interested into getting into the cannabis industry what are some steps i can take towards that direction
I am no longer in the cannabis industry, but you need to check your local zoning ordinances to learn the rules and regs. In my opinion It’s not an industry that supports long term wealth creation in the U.S. Good luck. 👍🏾
I’ll be following this one. Would love a tour once it’s complete. Let me know 💪🏽
Absolutely! I’ll do a meetup here as the project gets closer to completion.
Wow, some great hard money terms at the end. 2:36
Wow, nice job man! Looking forward to seeing the progress of this project.
Thanks Jacob! Yea, it’s coming together nicely.

Glad it was helpful! I have plenty more coming as I’m creating courses and a platform to help investors achieve financial freedom through real estate.
@@RobertLNichols That's awesome I am looking forward to it. Thanks!
Great info
💯 @wendeloans
Speaking as a landlord, I don’t see a problem at all with this. People forget that they are just renting. They may feel at home, but they do not own that property, and visiting for however long. They are not the ones paying for repairs, calling plumbers, or doing any kind of maintenance. If notified to ensure your house is clean once in a while when the landlord visits, then clean it up, it’s not hard and it shows respect for someone else’s property. Pushing back on this just tells me that people are finding excuses to live in a dirty home, and feel entitled as if they think they own the apartment. If you don’t like the rules, then go somewhere else and live how ever you want to. But you do not own the property, so if you choose to live there, then follow the rules or leave. They don’t have to worry about property value, or the repercussions of a dirty tenant who doesn’t care.
We were using car paint 15 years ago to help prevent front doors from rusting but we never polished them to that level. That’s awesome work!
Bad things are coming I’m look at September for something drastic to happen in the markets not sure what but high inflation markers will present abut that time. Crushing positive market progress
I love these short videos! Thanks for posting them Robert!

I'm the first comment
This whole conversation rings true for myself as well. Sometimes letting someone steer me for awhile recharges my mind helping me move forward
💯- It allows us more time to focus our energy and thoughts on what matters most in our lives!
Great advice
Great and informative video.
Thank you Victor!
As a 22 year old who’s currently in a tough position but maintains the vision and calling for so much more - I genuinely can relate. Tunnel-visioning on where I know I will end up instead of genuinely enjoying each day as it comes in something I’ve heard a lot of people say. But when you guys had this conversation it just made a lot more sense to the internal me for some reason and I really appreciate that. The value this gives me is potentially priceless and I’m very grateful for you guys sharing this with me; and the world🤎 Will subscribe too💯
Great video
Thanks!
I will be there
You get what you voted for.
Squatters Shouldn't Even Have Human Rights
No different than someone sitting inside your car and they take off in it. It’s stealing and they should be arrested. All of this is designed to take this country down.
Great point
No
Let's see how the cities like squatters when they don't pay property taxes. Especially the taxes on a 930 thousand dollar house.
nyc its what the majority voted for.
Absolutely absurd that the law requires landlords to go to court . But, again its a form of adverse possession, giving rights to someone who doesn't have a dime in the quarter.
If you can afford two have a second home be abandoned to a point where squatters have a legal right to it (years if not decades) you are owning a property that does nothing but drive up property prices and rent for people in need. This couple can get bent.
sad if someone got ended for "Squatting"
I feel that if the property is quite literally not in use, and deteriorating. Squatters should be allowed to move in, fix up the house, and this then it be theirs. If the owner can't be bothered maintaining the property why does said person deserve multiple. It's absurd nonsense
Name one time ANY squatter has improved and property. They trash them because it's not theirs.
@ramrodou812 I agree, but if you read what I said, I never said I support squatters. I support this law. I think the Wild West knew how to do things 😂
Squatters should have NO rights!!!
It's weird this doesn't happen in the projects and heavily black neighborhoods or heavily Italian neighborhoods😂
😂, yea, it would get ugly real quick!
NYC YOU! voted for it so LIVE WITH IT!
I agree with you on this. Always putting good content and informative.
Thank You 🙏🏾
I want to invest in a cannabis farm to sell for medical purposes with $809k, what will be the annual profit?
Depends on the state, but if I’ve learned anything from my experience in Massachusetts, make sure you do an outdoor grow not indoor, the outdoor growers made a killing and flooded the market with product while the indoor growers suffered, and many went out of business.
I think, if when we're young, & we would not "think" we know everything, ...the young would not venture out to start something/ smthng new ...just sayin. And yes ... how often have i thought "If i would have known that 20/ 30 years earlier/ "...when i was young", I would have done things differently/ would be in another place now!. I
💯.

No plumbing in exterior walls in ct. None
This is only our second time doing this (challenging design on this one). First time was on a project in 2017 and there was no insulation around the pipes and they froze (different plumber). We had to open the walls to insulate the pipes after the buyer moved in.
Cpvc where are you based out of that's crazy to me for a new place to have that in it
Quincy MA. We’ve used pex in some of our projects as well. Our plumber feels the Cpvc is more durable than pex.
@RobertLNichols I'm sorry, but your plumber is not correct and this is a very bad idea. Wow! I can't believe I just saw that.
@@ThatGuy0723 I was thinking the same thing that why I asked where they were based cuz each state is different and we don't know they could be across the ocean not in America
@@ThatGuy0723 When I saw the plans, I initially had the same thought but the plumbing inspector has signed off and our architect designed it this way based on the building code. What would you do in this case?
@RobertLNichols it's not that it's against code, though it should be. CPVC has so many deficiencies. Bursting pressure, etc. But it's proven to break down and become very brittle year after year. If you're going to use plastic, Pex is definitely the best choice. Good luck in your future endeavors
So much value here. Thank you Rob for being part of the meetup and adding value.
Thanks for having me Enis. It was a great experience!
The deck paneling going horizontal just triggered my ocd 😆
Thanks for the comment. Running the boards perpendicular to the house elongates the deck visually and parallel shortens it but in the end, it always comes down to your personal preference.
