Yea, sorry, due to pet allergies 🤧 of other guests, we have a no pet policy, but we’d love to have you stay at our place!
I’ve always wondered about seasonality on the Cape. I’m skeptical of AirDNA and other scraping sourced data so I’m unable to come up with projected revenue other than to be very conservative and assume income only late May - early Sept. Do you rent long term in the off season? Any seasonality data you’re willing to share? Place looks amazing. Good luck!

You are correct. AirDNA is a good reference point but not 100% accurate. Depending on your property, you can actually get more per night but the consistency of bookings is what is hard to predict. We’ve had late bookings all the way into December and then demand dies from Jan-Mar and picks up again in April. We’re considering renting to traveling nurses this off season and just listed it on furnishedfinder.com - We’ll see how it goes.
