My goal for this channel is to encourage women of all ages to embrace their natural hair. I hope that by watching my videos, you will learn techniques that will help you along your natural hair journey, as well as learn about products and ingredients that may work best for you to achieve healthy beautiful hair.

I'm a mousse girl too. My favorite mousse is the Doux Def paired with the twist leave in and bounce boss curl cream. I also love the curl talk mousse by not your mother's 💜
Can no longer find avaliable anymore...Was the Jelly discontinued?
I don't think it's discontinued. You can definitely find it on their website as well as Amazon. It is cheaper on amazon right now.
@@NaturalRaeRae Thank you so much. Love your beautiful hair❤
I have some new deep conditioners I need to go buy. Making a list. My number one favorite conditioner is TGIN honey miracle mask, just realized I was out this past wash day.
Is the loc soc hot? I'm a woman of a certain age and find some bonnets hot.
I don't think the loc soc it hot, but we're different. I have the same issue sometimes with bonnets, so I would suggest that you just sleep on a satin pillowcase. That's what I do, so if for some reason I get hot in my bonnet, I can take it off and my hair is still protected because of my pillowcase.
Hello, is this mask good for people with low porosity hair?
I can't answer that. Not all low porosity people like the same products or look for the same thing in products. You need to decide if your hair ikes this DC or not.
Yeah 🎉🎉🎉 10k subscribers!!!!
Thank you🤗
Love your curls. Nice video.

I really appreciate your review. I like NIAN ‘s ideas but have not tried her products.
Thanks for stopping by and tuning in💛
Your hair is so strong and beautiful 🙌🏽😇
Thank you!!💛
@@NaturalRaeRae your welcome 🙌🏽🙏🏾😇
Congrats for your 10k. Thanks for sharing your nighttime routine take care 🤩🙌🏽😇
Thank you so much 🤗
❤Rae I just love your videos. You’re so informative and funny and fair at the same time with some of your product reviews if that makes sense…but THIS video is my favorite of all time. Simple and easy for me to understand and follow 😊. I appreciate you for sharing these tips. Love ya!❤
Aww, thank you so much. I'm glad this video was helpful to you and I appreciate you tuning in and engaging with me.💛
The KISS line of detangling brushes doesn't get enough love. I have tried about 8 different brands and types of detangling brushes and KISS by far out-performs them all! Plus: they are affordable, most being under $10 per brush. I mostly use the KISS EZ Grip detangler bc it's a nice weight--not too heavy not too light, flexible duo-length bristles, and a handle that's super easy to hold and doesn't hurt my hand. They have all different types of detangler brushes and one may be just what you're looking for.
Thanks for sharing your perspective. I have tried a KISS brush and I didn't care for it at all. It wasn't the ez grip detangler, it reminded me more of the unbrush, but didn't work as well. I looked up the ez grip detangler and it looks much like the original tangle teaser, which I wasn't a fan of either. I will do more research and see if there is one that piques my interests, but right now I enjoy the Curl Keeper Kids brush. Thanks for tuning in and informing us about the KISS brushes. 💛
Natural Rae Rae has the most GEORGEOUS hair on the 🌎.. 😊
Thank you!
Wow I have to get me a loc sock 🧦 super super easy. Thanks 🙏🏾 ✨
I have them linked in the description box. Hope you find one that you like. Thanks for tuning in💛
hi rae 🤗 i don't even try anymore but I'm glad you're able to preserve your styles. now i see how you have day 5 hair looking like day 1. tfs
Hi Healy! Your hair is probably much softer than mine, so it may be harder to keep shape. Also, your humidity may be different so that can play a part too. You'll figure it out, I'm sure.😊 Thanks for tuning in💛
Nice list! Quite a few of these are in my favorites as well!! Oh & I find the Frizz Whiz at Sally’s.. I would check there if I were you to say you from the shipping!
It's not at my local Sally's and when I try to order from Sally's, it's not on the site. They only carry the mango dip detangler. 😞 That's why I am trying to find an alternative so I can save on shipping. Thanks for trying to help💛
Thanks
No problem
Hi Rae I loved the video as I have seen the night time and morning routines separately but thanks for clumping them together in one video. Yes congrats 🎉 on 10K subscribers you deserve every last one of them.
Thank you so much! It's all because of you guys that I made it this far. 💛
Your hair looks nice. I am glad I found your channel. I used to think I could not wear a wash n go. When you had that wash n go series. I have been wearing wash n gos for a while now. I am trying a twist out this week.
Good for you. I'm glad you didn't give up on wash and gos. Let me know how your twist out comes out and what combo you use.💛
@@NaturalRaeRae It came out good. I used the Eden Bodyworks Coconut Shea leave in and curl defining cream. In the beginning of my natural hair journey I wore my hair in two strand twist. I used to use eden body works.
Y'all be making stuff too hard😂😂😂😂😂😂
You know y'all do!😂😂😂 Stressing out over nothing.🤣 Thanks for tuning in.
Curls are 💯🔥
Thank you🤗
Loc sock is my favorite way to wrap my hair up at night.
Thank you for the tips. A question, if you moisturize your hair, do you use the same leave in that you use for your wash and go or any other one that you like? Im always worried about flakes.
It depends on if the leave-in I use doubles as a moisturizer, if it does, I tend to use it. If I use it strictly as a leave-in, then I'll use a moisture milk to remoisturize my hair. Here is a video where I use a milk to make my hair bigger since it was really flat: kzread.info/dash/bejne/Y2yqurxshaXfZ5M.html and here is a video where I just need a little moisture and I use the same leave-in that I styled with: kzread.info/dash/bejne/fo5_qa-znpCthJM.html Neither gave me flakes. Hope this helps.
Fabulous!!! This product works for my hair as well :)
Glad to hear it!
This was so helpful a great refresher!!!
Glad it was helpful!
Your hair and makeup look really nice😊
Thank you!
I have an off topic question. Can you please tell me if the gel from Curl Origin line has soft or hard hold?
Soft hold
@@NaturalRaeRae Thank you.
Gurl lol, you make this seem so effortless. I wish my routine was this easy . I guess reality is everybody hair is different. I have to try a wash n go. That’s the first thing lol.
It's pretty simple, but you are right--everyone's hair is different. Try a wash and go and let me know how it goes. Thanks for tuning in.
Great video! Thx for sharing! Your hair and skin always looks amazing and we know what you do to make that possible. BTW, you are long overdue for a try on haul lol lol
😂 I heard you loud and clear; I'll see what I can do. Thanks for tuning in.
I also use a loc sock or a long buff tube and sleep on a satin pillowcase. I love those wrist bands. I would have water all over the place without them.
IYKYK 🥰 Thanks for tuning in💛
Congratulations 10K 🎉🎉 🥳 subscribers well deserved… thank you 😊 for showing love simplicity.
Thank you so much 😊 I like to keep it simple. Thanks for tuning in.💛
Hi Rae Rae Just the video I wanted to see!!!
Hi Vanessa! I hope it's helpful to you.💛
@@NaturalRaeRae It was! Thanks so much. Your routines are detailed and I have gained a lot of tips from you! I think you are classy too! Great work!💛
@@vanessabruce1034 aww, thank you!
As per usual I enjoyed this video Rae. Always a wealth of good information. Funny, I said to my husband the other day re my hair "As Rae Rae would say" he asked who is Rae Rae? 😂
😂😂😂 love that! Thanks for sharing and for tuning in.💛
@@NaturalRaeRae 😂 You're welcome. 😘
@@user-kx6bn3hn8s I did the same thing when I became a subscriber but now he knows who Rae Rae is 😂.
I love a good deep conditioner. My favs this year are the Camille Rose Algae renew, the Briogeo avocado and kiwi as well as the dont repair despair, the Curlsmith double cream deep quencher, Olaplex 8 and Miche indulge. I love trying new things so my list might change by year end 😂
I really like the Briogeo Avocado and Kiwi DC as well. I just don't buy it much because of the price, but it is good.
The third day looked great too.
Thanks!
My favorites are the Donna's Recipe sweet potato pie leave-in and creamy hair cream. Holy grail status.
Thanks for sharing!!
10K, Rae Rae‼️ Alright, girl💕
Thank you!
I love the curls popping pineapple leave in. I have some favorites you mentioned as well about 3 of them lol
Is this a twist out?
Yes
I was excited to see this video especially since I’m incorporating leave-ins now. The CR moisture milk is divine!! I want to try Quench now. Thx!
Thanks for tuning in, friend!
Tried this with the TGIN leave in and had to wash it right out. Didn't "clump" at all. Just frizzed and started IMMEDIATELY hardening under the dryer. Trash.
Sorry the products didn't work for you, but thanks for sharing your experience.
When ur using the product to scrunch in for moisture, does it not break the gel cast or alter the style?
It depends on the gel I'm using. If I'm using a really hard hold gel, it doesn't alter the curls, it just adds moisture and sometimes fluff my hair a bit, which is what I want. Here is a video where I use it to make my hair bigger: kzread.info/dash/bejne/Y2yqurxshaXfZ5M.html and here is a video where I just need a little moisture:kzread.info/dash/bejne/fo5_qa-znpCthJM.html Hope this helps.
I used your link, and discount code, to purchase Treluxe Shampoo.
Awesome! Thank you!
@@NaturalRaeRaeyou’re welcome.
I don't currently have a favorite leave in conditioner but out of the ones I do have, I like the Taliah Waajid Intense Moisture and Strengthening Leave in Conditioner (with Bamboo and Coconut Milk). It is a somewhat milky leave in conditioning spray and I really like it.
Thanks for sharing.
Rae you always come with some gems 💎.. I haven’t tried Curls yet but it’s on my list 🥰💙.. thanks Rae
You’re welcome 😊
We like a lot of similar things but I absolutely love the style setter from the coconut water line from Camille Rose. I use it under the curl maker as a leave in and it’s one of my favorite combos.
I haven't used it that way, but I do like it for twist outs. Thanks for sharing your combo!
I am really enjoying your series of favorites. We love some of the same leave ins. I love most of Curl Origin and Shescentit leave ins and moisturizers that I have tried. Here are my favorites: Camille Rose curl love moisture milk Camille rose coconut water leave in Camille rose honey hydrate Curl origin pink superfood leave in TGIN Rosewater leave in The Mane Choice the alpha soft as can be 3 in 1 leave in conditioner The Mane Choice Tropical Moringa sealing cream
I haven't tried the Pink Superfoods leave-in but I do want to pick it up. I have the Mane Choice sealing cream and couldn't figure out how to best use it. It's so old now, I probably should throw it out. Thanks for sharing your faves.
My fav is the As I Am
