People shouldnt judge what they don’t understand .. i do not even know anything about you guys or your struggles but it seems to me you are doing what works for your children and your family and thats mounds more than some ‘parents’ do. Keep up the great work and dont feel the need to explain yourself to the internet ❤

In our house, we have a squishy burger toy. You can put that ingredients like lettuce and stuff on the bun. I think you would love it because it’s squishy the bun.

I agree. He has his struggles, but his twin brother's disability is severe since he struggles to do most things on his own and needs supervision nearly all the time.

First of all, use plexiglass that is layered with rubberized material in the middle. Secondly, that should probably be half inch and not quarter inch material. And finally, install brackets in the floor board and the ceiling to install the plexiglass in a way that makes it not an item in the car but rather part of the car.

If you are still near try Sunset Beach and look up Mother's beach.. I grew up in the area Mother's beach is more like a harbor and Sunset Beach is so lovely and usually way less busy even on perfect beach days.

My sister-in-law has Angelman syndrome and I’m a fairly big guy. I was walking down the hall late one night and she has a half door to her room. She about ripped me off my feet. Scared the hell out of me. She only wanted a hug though.

Something with less tendancy to break will be polycarbonate, it can be purchased at the same places as acrylic sheets. It's simply really harder to break ☺️ and the for the shards and cracks is a very good idea because it is really a product who can be dangerous for you. You can make a wea-pon with it easy!

I thought it was a great idea I understand That he can be aggressive towards his siblings at hurt them and this is The best thing to do for all the children and people need to quit judging you when they don't live with Complications that you have to in life so please Please don't listen to people and it's great that you upgraded it a little bit to make it a little safer But there's only so much you can do and you are doing a great job at trying to provide the best care for all of your children

Not trying to make this related to me or anything but I have hearingaids and people have noticed a lot of times I’m lacking eye contact,I spin and dance a lot (some people say I’m stimming) I usually don’t respond to my name and I’m usually in my own world. Does anyone know what those symptoms are off and how I can get tested for whatever it is I have those symptoms off?

I totally understand I wish I would have thought about that with my kids when they were younger I have one that's developed mentally slow and borderline autistic and then I have one normal and one that might have some ADHD and with the three mix sometimes they fight like we were actually homeless for a little bit and my kids would get on each others nerves cuz they were all locked in one room all together and the developmentally disabled one would watch PAW patrol loudest can be on his phone and the kids would the other kids would get irritated and it would just start a fight and then once the anger was already going with the normal one trying to get the special needs one to stop then the special like weapons to try to hit him and I would have to jump in the middle and it's ridiculous and no one needs to say anything about how you raise your kids no parent is perfect and that's just a fact

Sounds to me like he has the beginning of a spinal problem. Take him to a Neurologist. Its terminally is called floppy foot. It starts from the sciatica nerve, usually on the lefts foot. His discs could be starting to bulge. Get it checked out. I’m 61 and what you described. Is what I have. I had a 10 hour operation on my back. And after 2 years I still can’t walk without a walker. I hope what I’m telling will be useful. And help your son have a good life. My drop foot was so bad I fell and hit my head and almost dyed. All stay tuned to hear what you do about it.Saskatoon , Saskatchewan 🇨🇦
