Just watched this video, and it was very helpful! Thanks! I found an issue while running this adventure, and want to share: It was In room 7, when PCs found the kobolds trying to open the lock for the cage. The players struggled to understand why they were doing this, and they came even suspecting Tamily to be associated with the kobolds! I understand the focus on having the creatures actually doing something instead of simply waiting for the PCs to come in, but the nature of their actions was not easy to justify. Maybe it is worth to include some dialog from them, such as one that shows that they don´t agree with Zolgran guarding the treasure in the cage, and maybe using this encounter to add more info for the players on the nature of the clan´s operation (which may be handful if the PCs end killing all the creatures instead of interrogating them, as they actually did 🙂)

Phandelver and Below The Shattered Obelisk is a disaster. Peak example of how WotC don't care about their products. No fix of existing problems in Phandelver part. Just changed few genders and added more enemies. The transition to second part of module is ridiculous. Silly goblins make some pranks in the village. Wow. We are playing body horror adventure, right? The first dungeon is boring to the bone. The rest is... I am just tired changing and fixing it.

Congrats! I've supported your project, but I don't want my players to create new characters. Could you make a video about the best way to use it for an ongoing campaign? Maybe you could share some ideas on how to use the material for adding flavour to a pre-written campaign or how to use it for better role-playing. For example, thinking of characters and personalities on the go. Thank you!

One thing that I am working on is a standard conversion rate for Copper -> Silver -> Gold. I have decided on a system of Base 12 or 16 where it gets divided by 2/3/4 every upper coinage to convey wealth easier. An example would be 12c = 1s, but 6s =1 gold. This allows the dm to adjust for their own campaign as they want in an easier manner if they do not wish to keep the standard 10c is 1s while 10s is 1g.
