FeedSpeed

This channel is dedicated to the athlete that’s tried everything to get fast but failed. My advice is to STOP 🛑‼️

Getting Fast Is Simple. Don’t Let People Tell You Otherwise. There’s only three things, yes really!
1. Speed Mechanics
2. Max Speed Sprinting
3. Jumping

That’s it folks!

We get tripped up all the time because we focus on too many things and have no “stick-to-it-iveness”. Speed grows like a tree. It takes a minute but if you’re patient then it will come.

Also‼️ Rest is super important! I can’t quite stress this enough! Don’t do sprint work back to back and if you’re tired then don’t sprint. Take a snooze, play video games, whatever. Don’t sprint. That’s how you get injured! I spent my entire college career injured so yeah you don’t want that to happen to you.

Peace ✌️
- From a Jamaican 🇯🇲brother

Her early lean is 3 to 4 steps out. It slows her down. We calculate it during the season to .03 to .05 seconds.

idiot commentator - she swung her arm back so it was her fault. She did not drop the baton - it was knocked out of her hand. She won!.

Why do those people have to cheat?? That was disgraceful behavior. She should have a 1-2 year athletics ban for clearly knocking the baton out of the winners hand at the line !!!!!

Watch the placement of the last Duke runner's feet as she nears the finish line! She wanders out of her lane and makes contact with the Miami runners elbow/arm. A lane vilolation.

Yeah that's bs...she cleary looked over and then knocked it our of her hand. She even moved her arm out just enough and if you look you can see the the woman's eyes looking at the baton...she knew exactly what she was doing but being black she got a pass. Had it been the other way around all hell would have broke lose anx you know it!

when a runner is on the side of you, put the baton in your other hand. But, I'm not a runner so I should stay in my lane. 😊

The baton was purposefully hit by the other runner and that’s the tragedy… that another cheater won by cheating. No reason to run that close to another runner except to try to make the winner lose

  • @bn8682
    @bn86829 ай бұрын

Apparently there is no consideration for interference from another runner, even if inadvertent. . Seems clear she would not have dropped the baton, if the Miami runner's left hand wasn't also swinging wide, and making contact on the Dukes runners wrist. Even if inadvertent, it had the affect of stripping the baton, like a defensive back in football might do.

Why is this described as tragic? Nothing tragic about it. I was expecting the roof to fall in or something like that….not a baton being dropped. That’s barely even a mishap
