    I love that you have been able to find a spot and an area for each element without it being cluttered or saturated. I'm currently redesigning my living room based on an open-concept floor plan and I also intend to include the gym area, home office, entertainment center, reading nook and dining room. Sounds like a lot, but I'm hopeful of achieving good results. I ordered a Bellini sofa from Manhattan Home Design because I think it's what can give me more functionality, since it's a modular sofa. Thanks for the tour. Very interesting.

    Thank you! Requirements may have changed since, but coming from Canada we got a negative PCR test within 72h of departure (antigen test would have also been accepted). To get back into Canada we needed a negative PCR test or RT-LAMP test within 72h. We did the RT-LAMP test which we purchased through Switch Health before our trip and brought it with us. We had an additional PCR test when we landed as well.

    What is the average rent for a condo like this in the financial district? And it'd be great if you can share your rent with us for this condo. Thanks.

  • @vickiandrob6353
    @vickiandrob63533 жыл бұрын

    Average rent in this area for a 1 bedroom would typically be $2100-2200/month. We pay $1900, which is below average because we have been here for awhile. However, due to everything this year average rent is probably closer to what we are paying!
