Every software started out simple and useful, then it becomes useful but complex. Unless you grow with it, not all software is easy to use as a noob that wants to get job done in the simplest way.

This is a good example of how your direction can become emergent once you embark upon a path. What I don't quite get in this example is that surely it should be relatively obvious that the quality of the voice app is causing high churn, I mean just using it yourself should give you some idea how useable it is and if you'd keep using it.

he's self-taught, universities are just a type of training that sells us a diploma, he already has the knowledge and wants to create a product, the people in the comments are basing themselves only on that, and anyway even if we were to consider him on the job market he could work more at googel or open for example than people with diplomas because he has the skills it's the skills that count full of entrepreneur we start like that my boy continue.

I usually love your videos and your production but can’t help to feel that this video here was super rushed, the editing doesn’t paint the true picture of who Martin Warner really is. On my limited interaction with Martin I was able to see straight away that he is an extremely humble man, who in reality should be more outspoken about his entrepreneurial exploits but instead he is reserved and creates space for people to express their vision and he is always willing to advise if asked. This editing was rushed, hope it wasn’t edited by one of your interns because the quality is miles away from your usual content and standard.

John's insights on the impact of deadlines are spot on. A less-known tactic is using Parkinson's Law strategically-setting artificially tight deadlines to boost productivity and creativity, especially when kickstarting new ventures in fast-paced fields like AI. It's all about optimizing time to turn pressure into progress.

I like the part where he talked about building an AI startup in 72 hours. Especially where he showed hiw he planned and calculated to get to that 72 hour number. He kept talking and stressing that 72 hours, it was great!
