  You used it at highest level straight out of the box- not the best thing to model for your viewers if they aren’t used to yoga.

  I've got lower back pain from stacking totes. Once I got going the pain goes but upon waking it's so bad it takes 30-40 seconds just to sit up. Stretching helps a little but just a few minutes into stacking it's gone. I'm really sedate so doing 3-4 hours of this every morning wasn't good. Will this help? There's a seated massage seat with 'balls' that move up and down & spin. I'm guessing the mat maybe better as it's less pressure & softer. Those seated things hurt but that maybe my muscles, even light pressure on any area on my back or shoulders really hurts.

  Do you still like it now? I do pedicures and wondered if this would be a nice pamper for clients to lay on while having their feet done on a lay down couch? Do you think I’m barking up the wrong tree, or do you think it’s not a relaxing experience to have done at the same time as your feet? Hope you can help. Thanks for your great video.
