I've got lower back pain from stacking totes. Once I got going the pain goes but upon waking it's so bad it takes 30-40 seconds just to sit up.

Do you still like it now? I do pedicures and wondered if this would be a nice pamper for clients to lay on while having their feet done on a lay down couch? What is the difference betwen real stretching excercises and this machine?

You used it at highest level straight out of the box- not the best thing to model for your viewers if they aren’t used to yoga.
