Homedics Back Stretching Mat
Homedics have created an electronic back stretching mat that you plug in lie on and it stresses you with pockets of air inflated and deflated at intervals. I paid £150 for it on Amazon, and I unbox and test it out. Well worth a look, I simply wasn't expecting what I got.

Thanks for the video. I just bought one, and then was afraid to use it. Needed to see someone else on it first.
I've got lower back pain from stacking totes. Once I got going the pain goes but upon waking it's so bad it takes 30-40 seconds just to sit up.
Hi Danny, great review thank you! Can you share the link for buying from Germany pls... kind regards Stephan
Hi. Can you please tell me if this is rated for 220V power? Is there a label or any information that came with it about that?
Do you still like it now? I do pedicures and wondered if this would be a nice pamper for clients to lay on while having their feet done on a lay down couch? Do you think I’m barking up the wrong tree, or do you think it’s not a relaxing experience to have done at the same time as your feet? Hope you can help. Thanks for your great video.
Just seen they have a stretch plus out now. Do you see any advantages of this over your one?
What is the difference betwen real stretching excercises and this machine?
You used it at highest level straight out of the box- not the best thing to model for your viewers if they aren’t used to yoga.
