Honestly not a bad pilot, the cast is likable enough, and despite being an adult series its not overtly crass nor is it mean spirited! Also, HELL they got a transwoman on the team whom they all accept immediately, in TWO THOUSAND AND THREE!

Well, the guy says "You're late" at 2:47 so I'm sure they were meant to get there sooner, but without the bus they had to walk there, resulting in them taking the whole day to reach the club. I'm sure if their car wasn't out of comission they would've gotten there in no time.

While I love this show as a concept I do feel like it would be better suited as a adult swim smalls where it gets budget to make mini episodes like this one but usually end in a music video style song like this.

i think this overall had some potential maybe... the animation and colors are pretty cool, but the character dynamics are weird and the joke delivery needs a little kick to it. would be great with a manager character who the german dog is scared of and a rival band or something like that. the music is cool too of course, i love the little sound effects and incidental bits like 0:38 - 0:52 and 4:18 ...and 5:00 The main song kinda reminds me of Mad pierrot by YMO, but it's just OK Ps: note how the keyboard has an extra microtonal key or something between C and D lol
