  You can do it! You can get to sleep tonight! God loves you! He will help you get to sleep, put on this mediation, take deep breathes and relax every muscle--just like the narrator says to do. I slept last night, even with heavy tinnitus and high anxiety. Praise Him!!

  Wow! What an adventure you had! Lots of highs and lows! Beautiful scenery going back! I am so very sorry about your precious dog! You are teaching your children well about life's lessons! And then the excitement of four new puppies! It was wonderful to see your parents looking better the morning you left. I know that was the most difficult goodbye! Please extend my congratulations to Michael and Emily for their new baby! How exciting! Thanking God for answered prayers that you were safe!
